中國及周邊海域?qū)α髟茍F(tuán)的水平和垂直尺度

【摘要】:利用2007年1月—2010年12月CloudSat-CALIPSO二級(jí)云產(chǎn)品2B-CLDCLASS-LIDAR,統(tǒng)計(jì)中國及其周邊海域?qū)α髟频陌l(fā)生頻率,根據(jù)對(duì)流云發(fā)生頻率的分布特征將中國及周邊海域劃分為青藏高原(TP)、東部陸地(EC)、南部海域(SO)和西北太平洋(WP)4個(gè)子區(qū)域,并研究了4個(gè)子區(qū)域積云團(tuán)和深對(duì)流云團(tuán)的水平尺度和垂直尺度。統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果表明,海洋積云團(tuán)的水平尺度約為2km,陸地積云團(tuán)的水平尺度約為1km,海洋下墊面熱力性質(zhì)均勻,積云團(tuán)尺度更大;陸地下墊面非均勻性強(qiáng),積云團(tuán)分布更為零散。深對(duì)流云團(tuán)的水平尺度為10—50km,東部陸地最大,約為45km,西北太平洋最小,約為30km。陸地深對(duì)流云團(tuán)水平尺度較海洋上大,且多尺度特征顯著,應(yīng)該與深對(duì)流云發(fā)生的復(fù)雜天氣背景有關(guān)。積云團(tuán)的垂直尺度范圍為0.24—2km,4個(gè)區(qū)域無明顯差異。垂直尺度海洋深對(duì)流云團(tuán)大于陸地云團(tuán),其中在南部海域地區(qū)最大,約為15km,青藏高原最小,約為10km。與陸地云團(tuán)相比,海洋深對(duì)流云團(tuán)表現(xiàn)為水平尺度更小、垂直尺度更大的中尺度對(duì)流體特征。
[Abstract]:From January 2007 to December 2010, CloudSat-CALIPSO secondary cloud product 2B-CLDCLASS-LIDARA was used to calculate the frequency of convective clouds in China and its surrounding sea areas. According to the distribution characteristics of convective cloud frequency, China and its surrounding sea areas are divided into four subregions, namely, (SO) in the southern part of land (EC), and (WP) in the northwest Pacific Ocean in the eastern part of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. The horizontal and vertical scales of cumulus cluster and deep convective cloud cluster in four subregions are studied. The statistical results show that the horizontal scale of the oceanic cumulus is about 2 km and that of the terrestrial cumulus is about 1 km. The thermal properties of the underlying surface of the ocean are uniform and the scale of the cumulus cluster is larger, and the surface heterogeneity of the terrestrial cumulus is stronger and the distribution of the cumulus cluster is more scattered. The horizontal scale of deep convective cloud cluster is 10-50 km, the largest land is about 45km in the eastern part, and the minimum is about 30km in the Northwest Pacific Ocean. The horizontal scale of the deep convective cloud cluster on land is larger than that of the ocean, and the multi-scale characteristic is obvious, which should be related to the complex weather background of the deep convective cloud. The vertical scale range of cumulus cloud cluster is 0.24-2km, and there is no obvious difference among the four regions. The vertical sea convective cloud cluster is larger than the land cloud cluster, and the largest is about 15 km in the southern sea area, and the smallest in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau is about 10 km. Compared with the terrestrial cloud cluster, the ocean deep convective cloud cluster is characterized by mesoscale fluid characteristics with smaller horizontal scale and larger vertical scale.
