【摘要】：本文選取遼寧省在《中華人民共和國海島保護(hù)法》頒布以來實(shí)施的17個整治修復(fù)海島開展開發(fā)潛力評價,建立6大類23個指標(biāo)因子的評價指標(biāo)分類體系,選取PPC-AHP-DM組合模型對各海島開發(fā)潛力進(jìn)行了橫向靜態(tài)分析與對比,確定了各海島在整治修復(fù)工程實(shí)施前后開發(fā)潛力綜合排名及自身開發(fā)潛力變化幅度。研究結(jié)果表明:整治修復(fù)工程實(shí)施前大筆架山島相對于其他海島排名較為靠前,張家山島、楊家山島排名較為靠后,整治修復(fù)工程實(shí)施后各海島相對于自身開發(fā)潛力均有不同幅度提升,整治修復(fù)工程類型不同,其提升幅度各異,大筆架山島、覺華島、張家山島、楊家山島等開發(fā)潛力提升幅度較大。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the evaluation of exploitation potential of 17 renovated islands implemented in Liaoning Province since the promulgation of the Island Protection Law of the people's Republic of China has been carried out, and the evaluation index classification system of 23 index factors of 6 categories has been established. The development potential of each island is analyzed and compared with the PPC-AHP-DM model, and the comprehensive ranking of the development potential and the range of its own development potential are determined before and after the implementation of the renovation and restoration project. The results show that: before the renovation and restoration works were carried out, Dabijiashan Island was ranked at the top of the other islands, and Zhangjiashan Island and Yangjiashan Island were relatively low in ranking. After the implementation of the renovation and restoration project, each island has different ranges of improvement relative to its own development potential. The types of renovation and restoration projects are different, and the range of improvement is different, such as Bijiashan Island, Chuehua Island, Zhangjiashan Island, etc. Yangjiashan Island and other development potential to increase the range.
