考慮鋪設(shè)殘余變形影響的管道屈曲分析

【摘要】:文章基于殼單元建立了精細(xì)的托管架—管道相互作用模型,模擬了S型管道鋪設(shè)過程,研究了鋪設(shè)過程中管道的塑性變形分布,評價了鋪設(shè)殘余塑性變形對管道屈曲壓力的影響。研究結(jié)果表明在深水S型鋪設(shè)中,管道會發(fā)生明顯殘余塑性變形,并削弱管道的后續(xù)屈曲承載能力。
[Abstract]:Based on shell element, a fine model of tube-pipe interaction is established in this paper. The process of S-type pipeline laying is simulated, and the distribution of plastic deformation of pipeline during laying process is studied. The influence of residual plastic deformation on the buckling pressure of pipeline is evaluated. The results show that in deep water S-type laying, the residual plastic deformation will occur and the subsequent buckling capacity of the pipeline will be weakened.
