南海北部內(nèi)孤立波繞東沙島傳播特性的數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:使用三維非靜壓環(huán)流模式MITgcm探究生成于呂宋海峽并向東沙島傳播的內(nèi)孤立波。模式結(jié)果再現(xiàn)了東沙島附近內(nèi)孤立波的垂向振幅變化和到達時間。在不同緯向斷面中,經(jīng)向不對稱的等密線起伏表現(xiàn)出內(nèi)孤立波在南海的三維性特征。東沙島附近的海表高度梯度變化表明,內(nèi)孤立波在繞過東沙島后,分離為2個短波峰線內(nèi)波,此后兩者相互作用。內(nèi)孤立波在大陸坡淺化過程中相速逐漸減小,并與具有半日周期的理論線性相速度吻合一致。內(nèi)孤立波與東沙島碰撞后,在島東北部會出現(xiàn)反射信號。本文利用斜壓潮能通量,分析了反射能與入射之比在大潮期與小潮期的差異,發(fā)現(xiàn)小潮期的比值大于大潮期。選取東沙島附近的3個站點,其垂向振幅表明A波與B波在大小潮轉(zhuǎn)變時有不同的變化特征。在東沙島西部和西北部的兩個站位(WB和WN),A、B波均能被顯著觀測到;但在東沙島南部站位(WS)只能觀測到振幅具有正弦變化趨勢的B波信號。
[Abstract]:The internal solitary waves generated in the Luzon Strait and propagated to Dongsha Island are explored by using a three-dimensional non-hydrostatic circulation model (MITgcm). The model results reproduce the vertical amplitude variation and arrival time of solitary waves near Dongsha Island. In different zonal sections, the meridional asymmetrical isodilinear fluctuations exhibit the three-dimensional characteristics of internal solitary waves in the South China Sea. The variation of sea surface height gradient near Dongsha Island indicates that the internal solitary waves are separated into two short-wave peaks after bypassing the Dongsha Island and then interact with each other. The phase velocity of the internal solitary wave decreases gradually during the shallowening of the continental slope and is consistent with the theoretical linear phase velocity with half-day period. After the internal solitary wave collides with Dongsha Island, the reflected signal will appear in the northeast of the island. Based on the baroclinic tide energy flux, the difference of the ratio of reflection energy to incidence in the spring tide period and the low tide period is analyzed. It is found that the ratio of the low tide period is larger than the spring tide period. The vertical amplitudes of the three stations near Dongsha Island indicate that wave A and wave B have different variation characteristics during tidal transition. Two stations (WB and WN) in the west and northwest of Dongsha Island can be observed significantly, but only B wave signals with sinusoidal amplitude can be observed in (WS) at the southern station of East Sha Island.
