負(fù)壓條件管式太陽能蒸餾空腔的傳熱傳質(zhì)特性

【摘要】:針對目前管式太陽能蒸餾裝置在常壓運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)水率較低的問題,提出了一種可在真空負(fù)壓條件下連續(xù)補(bǔ)水運(yùn)行的管式蒸餾方法,并在定溫及定功率加熱條件下,測試了實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī)負(fù)壓運(yùn)行時(shí)的溫度及產(chǎn)水率變化,證明了所提出的負(fù)壓條件下運(yùn)行的管式蒸餾方法優(yōu)于常壓運(yùn)行的一般蒸餾方法。在PT=40 k Pa、Qh=200 W定功率加熱實(shí)驗(yàn)中,空腔傳熱溫差比常壓運(yùn)行時(shí)降低約40%;裝置全天累計(jì)產(chǎn)水量為1.9 kg,比常壓運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)水量增加22.5%;诜(wěn)態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得到了負(fù)壓修正的空腔傳質(zhì)計(jì)算關(guān)系式,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了管式蒸餾裝置在負(fù)壓條件運(yùn)行時(shí)的產(chǎn)水率預(yù)測模型,其對實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī)全天累計(jì)產(chǎn)水預(yù)測誤差和最大產(chǎn)水率誤差分別為2.1%和4%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low water production rate of tubular solar distillation unit under normal pressure, a new method for continuous rehydration operation under vacuum negative pressure is put forward, and under the condition of constant temperature and constant power heating, a tube distillation method is put forward. The temperature and water yield of the experimental prototype under negative pressure are measured. It is proved that the tube distillation method proposed in this paper is superior to the general distillation method under normal pressure. In the constant power heating experiment of PT=40 k Pax QH ~ (2 +) 200 W, the heat transfer temperature difference of the cavity is about 40% lower than that of the normal pressure operation, and the accumulative water output of the unit is 1.9 kg, which is 22. 5% higher than that of the normal pressure operation. Based on the steady-state experimental data, a negative pressure modified formula for mass transfer in a cavity is obtained, and a model for predicting the water yield of a tubular distillation unit under the condition of negative pressure is constructed. The accumulative water yield prediction error and the maximum water yield error for the experimental prototype are 2.1% and 4% respectively.
