【摘要】：從資源、科研、產(chǎn)業(yè)及環(huán)境方面,本文構(gòu)建了海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域競爭力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對沿海11個(gè)省市區(qū)的海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià),并重點(diǎn)對遼寧海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)勢與劣勢進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明遼寧除了在海洋環(huán)境方面具有一定的相對優(yōu)勢外,其他方面有不少差距,要進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)的科研創(chuàng)新能力,加快發(fā)展海洋戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)及轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能與服務(wù)方式。
[Abstract]:From the aspects of resources, scientific research, industry and environment, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the regional competitiveness of marine economy, evaluates the marine economy of 11 coastal provinces and municipalities, and focuses on the present situation of Liaoning's marine economy. Strengths and weaknesses are analyzed. The empirical results show that in addition to the relative advantages of Liaoning in marine environment, there are many gaps in other areas. It is necessary to further enhance the scientific research and innovation ability of marine economy. Speed up the development of marine strategic emerging industries and transform government functions and service methods.
