基于暴雨內(nèi)澇模型的莆田沿海地區(qū)風(fēng)暴潮災(zāi)害評估

【摘要】:利用ArcGIS對莆田沿海地區(qū)的地形、下墊面屬性和排水設(shè)施及排水運(yùn)作方式進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,建立臺風(fēng)降水、風(fēng)暴潮共同影響下的莆田沿海地區(qū)內(nèi)澇模型。應(yīng)用雷達(dá)估算降水及自動雨量站數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算的熱帶氣旋"南瑪都"過程面雨量,以及此次暴雨過程沿岸海區(qū)和河口的時(shí)變水位作為模型的邊界條件,對莆田地區(qū)風(fēng)暴潮災(zāi)害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評估試驗(yàn)。針對2011年9月1日熱帶氣旋"南瑪都"造成的莆田沿海地區(qū)風(fēng)暴潮及暴雨災(zāi)害,利用暴雨內(nèi)澇模型進(jìn)行評估試驗(yàn)研究,將模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)況災(zāi)情進(jìn)行對比,結(jié)果表明模型能夠較客觀地反映"南瑪都"過程降水和風(fēng)暴潮共同作用的災(zāi)害情況。
[Abstract]:The waterlogging model of Putian coastal area under the influence of typhoon precipitation and storm surge was established by using ArcGIS to pretreat the topography, underlying surface properties, drainage facilities and drainage operation mode of Putian coastal area. Using radar estimation of precipitation and automatic precipitation station data to calculate the tropical cyclone "Nanmato" process area rainfall, and the time-varying water level in coastal areas and estuaries during this rainstorm process, as the boundary conditions of the model. To evaluate the risk of storm surge disaster in Putian area. In view of storm surge and rainstorm disaster in Putian coastal area caused by tropical cyclone "Nama du" on September 1, 2011, using rainstorm waterlogging model to evaluate and study, the simulation results are compared with the actual disaster situation. The results show that the model can objectively reflect the disasters caused by precipitation and storm surge during the "Nanmato" process.
