筒形基礎簡易井口平臺在潿洲灣的應用研究

【摘要】:中國近海海域經過多年的勘探,,已經發(fā)現了很多中、小型油田,其特點是小塊油田多、油田分布廣、儲量小或原油物性差等,屬于邊際油田。對于這些油田的開發(fā)需要通過技術創(chuàng)新來降低成本。 對于邊際油田,簡易的平臺形式,最少的海上施工資源,可搬遷可重復使用的結構,能夠大幅度降低油田開發(fā)的費用。對國內外簡易平臺及筒型基礎的技術情況、實際應用情況進行調研發(fā)現,目前筒基簡易平臺在國內外已經有了一定的應用,這為今后邊際油田的開發(fā)積累了一定的經驗基礎。 本文研究總結了海洋石油平臺及筒型基礎的設計理論和設計方法,論述了潿洲6-8油田井口架加筒基平臺的設計方案。方案中井口架的設計增加了鉆完井作業(yè)的靈活性,同時可以節(jié)省鉆井船的動復原費用。井口架結構使用隔水套管作為結構的基礎,突破了隔水套管只為鉆完井提供支持的理念,充分發(fā)揮了隔水套管的潛力,節(jié)省了投資。筒基平臺的設計簡化了平臺海上安裝的流程,節(jié)省了海上施工的費用。把井口架和筒基平臺進行剛性連接,合理的對井口架進行了補強,使得整個結構的受力更加合理。 對于井口架及筒基平臺的海上安裝方案,本文進行了詳細的論述,井口架實現了單船安裝,為今后的平臺安裝提供了新的思路。筒基平臺的安裝中,由于平臺所處海域土質情況異常,出現了筒基貫入困難的現象,本文對筒基貫入困難情況進行分析論證,并對平臺的加固措施進行了詳細的論述。 最后本文通過專業(yè)的海洋工程設計軟件SACS對井口架及筒基平臺進行了詳細的計算分析,主要從靜力,地震及疲勞這三方面對平臺進行了計算驗證,論證了該結構形式在服役期間是安全可靠的。
[Abstract]:After many years of exploration in the offshore waters of China, many medium and small scale oilfields have been discovered, which are characterized by a large number of small block oilfields, wide distribution of oilfields, small reserves or poor physical properties of crude oil, and belong to marginal oilfields. For the development of these oilfields, technological innovation is needed to reduce the cost. For marginal oilfields, simple platform forms, minimum offshore construction resources and removable reusable structures, the cost of oilfield development can be greatly reduced. Through the investigation of the technical situation and practical application of the simple platform and cylindrical foundation at home and abroad, it is found that the simple platform of tube foundation has already been applied to some extent at home and abroad. This paper studies and summarizes the design theory and design method of offshore oil platform and barrel foundation, and discusses the design scheme of wellhead Derrick plus barrel foundation platform in Weizhou 6-8 Oilfield. The design of wellhead frame increases the flexibility of drilling and completion operation and saves the dynamic recovery cost of drilling ship. The water-proof casing is used as the foundation of the wellhead structure, which breaks through the concept that the water-proof casing only provides support for drilling and completion, fully exerts the potential of the water-proof casing and saves investment. The design of the platform simplifies the process of offshore installation and saves the cost of offshore construction. The wellhead frame is rigidly connected with the wellhead base platform, and the wellhead frame is strengthened reasonably, which makes the force of the whole structure more reasonable. For the offshore installation scheme of the wellhead frame and the wellbore foundation platform, this paper discusses in detail, The wellhead frame realizes the installation of single ship and provides a new idea for the installation of platform in the future. During the installation of the platform, due to the abnormal soil quality in the sea area of the platform, there is a phenomenon that the penetration of the tube foundation is difficult. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the difficult situation of the penetration of the tube foundation. The reinforcement measures of the platform are discussed in detail. Finally, this paper makes a detailed calculation and analysis of the Derrick and the platform based on the tube through the professional marine engineering design software sac, mainly from the static analysis, The platform is verified by seismic and fatigue calculation, and it is proved that the structure is safe and reliable during the period of service.
