通用型深海探測裝備水下控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)有深海探測系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,抓住提高系統(tǒng)水下控制單元的穩(wěn)定性這一關(guān)鍵問題,研究開發(fā)適合大洋水下極端環(huán)境作業(yè)的低功耗、小體積、抗震強(qiáng)、集成度高的嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)模塊,以取代現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的大量接插件式的工控機(jī)插板結(jié)構(gòu),使水下控制系統(tǒng)性能有一個質(zhì)的提高。并研制通用型可移植的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化接口技術(shù),,使研究成果可應(yīng)用于其他同類深海探測裝備上,為海底資源的探測和開發(fā)提供更好的技術(shù)支持。解決的關(guān)鍵問題包括: 1)高集成、小體積、低功耗、高性能適合深海極端環(huán)境的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 2)多參量實時采集、大數(shù)據(jù)量視頻數(shù)據(jù)處理、通訊技術(shù)設(shè)計 3)通用型可移植的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口設(shè)計 研制的系統(tǒng)在大洋一號μ船上參加中國大洋協(xié)會組織的中國大洋科學(xué)考察第21航次μ兩次海試,取得成功,并完成后續(xù)深海攝像任務(wù),取得了大量的視頻數(shù)據(jù)。研制的系統(tǒng)在大洋的工作中表現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)定、可靠和長時間工作維修次數(shù)少等優(yōu)點,受到參加科學(xué)考察的科學(xué)家們的好評。 提出的研究開發(fā)應(yīng)用于大洋海底極端環(huán)境下作業(yè)的高性能嵌入式水下控制系統(tǒng)模塊技術(shù),符合國際電子技術(shù)裝備發(fā)展潮流,技術(shù)上具有挑戰(zhàn)性。其中的通用型易于移植的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口技術(shù)是本項目的攻關(guān)重點也是創(chuàng)新點。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the existing deep-sea exploration system, the key problem of improving the stability of the underwater control unit of the system is grasped, and the low power consumption, small volume and strong seismic resistance suitable for the extreme underwater environment of the ocean are studied and developed. The embedded control system module with high integration is used to replace a large number of industrial control board structure of the existing system, so that the performance of underwater control system can be improved qualitatively. A universal portable standardized interface technology is developed so that the research results can be applied to other similar deep-sea exploration equipment and provide better technical support for the exploration and development of seabed resources. Key issues addressed include: 1) system structure design with high integration, small volume, low power consumption and high performance suitable for deep sea extreme environment 2) Multi-parameter real-time acquisition, large amount of video data processing, communication technology design 3) Design of general portable standard interface The system successfully participated in the 21st voyage 渭 of Oceanic Science Exploration organized by Comra on board Oceanic No. 1 渭, and completed the following deep-sea camera mission, and obtained a large number of video data. The developed system has the advantages of stability, reliability and low number of long hours of maintenance in the ocean work, and has been praised by the scientists participating in the scientific investigation. The research and development of the high performance embedded underwater control system module which is applied in extreme environment of ocean bottom is in line with the international trend of electronic technology and equipment development and is technically challenging. The standard interface technology, which is easy to transplant, is the key point and innovation point of this project.
