模擬海水淡化一級反滲透產(chǎn)水中咪唑啉復配緩蝕劑對碳鋼的緩蝕效果

【摘要】:通過電化學測試、原子力顯微鏡(AFM)、X射線光電子能譜法(XPS)和X射線衍射法(XRD)研究了2-十一烷基-N-羧甲基-N-羥乙基咪唑啉(UHCI)與硫酸鋅(ZnSO4)復配對20鋼在模擬海水淡化一級反滲透產(chǎn)水中的緩蝕效果。結果表明:復配緩蝕劑是一種混合型緩蝕劑,能有效抑制20鋼的腐蝕,復配緩蝕劑的添加總量為100mg/L時,最佳配比為50mg/L HUCI+50mg/L ZnSO4,此時緩蝕率達到96.99%;UHCI分子吸附在金屬陽極區(qū),抑制了陽極反應,ZnSO4以Zn(OH)2的形式沉積在金屬陰極區(qū),抑制了陰極反應。
[Abstract]:By electrochemical testing, Atomic force microscope (AFM) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to study the corrosion inhibition effects of 2-undecyl -N-carboxymethyl -N-hydroxyethyl imidazoline (UHCI) and zinc sulfate (ZnSO _ 4) on the corrosion inhibition of 20 steel in simulated seawater desalination water of primary reverse osmosis. The results show that the composite inhibitor is a mixed corrosion inhibitor, which can effectively inhibit the corrosion of 20 steel. When the total amount of the complex inhibitor is 100 mg / L, the optimum ratio is 50 mg / L HUCI 50 mg / L ZnSO 4, and the inhibition rate reaches 96.99% UHCI adsorbed in the metal anode region. The anodic reaction ZnSO4 was deposited in the metal cathode region in the form of ZnOH2 and the cathodic reaction was inhibited.
