基于World Wind的南海海洋信息集成服務(wù)系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:步入二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著陸地上各種可用自然資源儲(chǔ)量的逐漸減少和科技的進(jìn)步,人類逐漸增加了對(duì)海洋資源的探索。南海作為我國(guó)第一大海,不僅擁有豐富的漁業(yè)資源,還蘊(yùn)含豐富的自然資源,對(duì)南海資源的合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用,將促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展。然而,由于南海復(fù)雜的海洋環(huán)境,導(dǎo)致資源的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。為促進(jìn)對(duì)南海的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用,科技部設(shè)立了一系列重大專項(xiàng)開(kāi)展相關(guān)監(jiān)測(cè)和研究,獲得了大量現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀測(cè)資料和研究處理結(jié)果。如何高效地管理和利用這些資料,提供信息服務(wù)和預(yù)報(bào)服務(wù)是本文的主要研究目的。 本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)外海洋地理信息系統(tǒng)的最新研究成果和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),從數(shù)據(jù)特征和用戶需求出發(fā),結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)、GIS技術(shù)及可視化技術(shù),利用發(fā)展的信息集成技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了集成數(shù)據(jù)管理與查詢、數(shù)據(jù)處理與分析和數(shù)據(jù)可視化功能的南海海洋信息集成服務(wù)系統(tǒng),并基于World Wind,使用Java語(yǔ)言實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的功能模塊。 首先,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求,搭建了本地World Wind地圖服務(wù)器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自定義地圖數(shù)據(jù)的添加和配置,,為系統(tǒng)提供了基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)。 其次,結(jié)合南海歷史數(shù)據(jù)、實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和模式數(shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn),基于Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和Hibernate框架,設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)了南海動(dòng)力環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了南海海洋環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)的高效存儲(chǔ)、管理和查詢。 再次,結(jié)合用戶需求,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊的功能結(jié)構(gòu),并初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了其中的部分功能,如統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、時(shí)序分析和溫鹽關(guān)系圖等。 最后,結(jié)合多源數(shù)據(jù)可視化集成技術(shù),基于World Wind實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)海洋模式數(shù)據(jù)的可視化功能。首先使用Unidata的NetCDF標(biāo)準(zhǔn)庫(kù)函數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)系統(tǒng)中海洋模式數(shù)據(jù)的讀取。并基于World Wind提供的類和接口,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了柵格圖面圖元、矢量箭頭和等值線類及其生成算法,并以柵格圖、矢量箭頭圖、等值線圖和基于三維地形的多層疊加圖等形式實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)海洋模式數(shù)據(jù)高效率、多樣化及專業(yè)化的可視化。 本文開(kāi)發(fā)的是一個(gè),整合了南海海洋水文歷史資料、實(shí)地觀測(cè)資料和模式預(yù)報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)等多源數(shù)據(jù)的,集數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理與入庫(kù)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)與管理、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)可視化等功能為一體的,南海海洋信息集成服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。能夠?yàn)槟虾5貐^(qū)的海洋漁業(yè)、海底資源勘探與開(kāi)采、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和科學(xué)研究,提供準(zhǔn)確的信息服務(wù)。目前,該系統(tǒng)已完成主體功能的開(kāi)發(fā),并已開(kāi)始試運(yùn)行。試運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行高效、穩(wěn)定,已實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo),能夠滿足實(shí)際應(yīng)用需求。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, with the decrease of available natural resources on land and the progress of science and technology, human beings have gradually increased the exploration of marine resources. As the first sea in China, the South China Sea is not only rich in fishery resources, but also rich in natural resources. The rational exploitation and utilization of South China Sea resources will promote the rapid development of China's economy. However, due to the complex marine environment in the South China Sea, the exploitation and utilization of resources face many challenges. In order to promote the development and utilization of the South China Sea, the Ministry of Science and Technology has set up a series of major projects to carry out relevant monitoring and research, and has obtained a large number of field observation data and research results. How to manage and utilize these data efficiently and provide information service and forecast service is the main purpose of this paper. Based on the latest research results and development trends of marine geographic information systems at home and abroad, this paper starts from the data characteristics and user needs, combines the database technology with GIS and visualization technology, and utilizes the developed information integration technology. A South China Sea integrated information service system is designed which integrates the functions of data management and query, data processing and analysis and data visualization. Based on World Windand, Java language is used to realize the function module of the system. Firstly, according to the requirement of the system, the local World Wind map server is built, and the custom map data is added and configured, which provides the basic geographic data for the system. Secondly, based on Oracle database and Hibernate framework, the dynamic environment database of South China Sea is designed and developed based on the characteristics of historical data, measured data and model data of the South China Sea, and the efficient storage, management and query of marine environmental data in South China Sea are realized. Thirdly, the functional structure of the data analysis module is designed according to the user's requirements, and some of the functions are realized, such as statistical analysis, timing analysis and thermo-salt relationship diagram. Finally, the visualization function of ocean model data is realized based on World Wind combined with multi-source data visualization integration technology. Firstly, the Unidata NetCDF standard library function is used to realize the reading of ocean model data in the system. Based on the class and interface provided by World Wind, this paper designs and develops the raster graph element, vector arrow and isoline class and its generating algorithm. In the form of isoline map and multi-layer superposition map based on 3D terrain, the visualization of ocean model data is highly efficient, diversified and specialized. In this paper, we develop a multi-source data, which integrates the marine hydrological history data, field observation data and model forecast data of the South China Sea, sets data preprocessing and storage, data storage and management, data query, etc. Data analysis and data visualization as one of the South China Sea Ocean Information Integrated Service system. It can provide accurate information service for marine fishery, exploration and exploitation of seabed resources, economic development and scientific research in the South China Sea. At present, the system has completed the development of the main function, and has started trial operation. The test results show that the system runs efficiently and stably, and the functions achieved reach the expected goal and can meet the practical application requirements.
