光電復(fù)合纜絞車牽引系統(tǒng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:針對深海光電復(fù)合纜絞車牽引系統(tǒng)的復(fù)合纜和卷筒的設(shè)計缺乏理論依據(jù)的關(guān)鍵問題,根據(jù)光電復(fù)合纜的特性和大容量收放的特點,運用微積分和MATLAB仿真的方法對復(fù)合纜在雙卷筒上的受力進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,得到牽引卷筒上復(fù)合纜力學(xué)模型,進(jìn)而討論了牽引卷筒上復(fù)合纜的張力衰減情況。最后,基于ANSYS軟件對復(fù)合纜進(jìn)行有限元分析驗證纜繩應(yīng)力變化。仿真結(jié)果證明,所建立的牽引卷筒上纜繩的力學(xué)模型符合條件,為大載荷絞車的牽引系統(tǒng)設(shè)計提供了理論依據(jù),有一定的工程意義。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of theoretical basis for the design of the compound cable and reel of the drawing system of the deep-sea photoelectric compound cable winch, according to the characteristics of the photoelectric composite cable and the characteristics of the large capacity of the retractable cable, By using the method of calculus and MATLAB simulation, the mechanical model of the compound cable on the double reel was analyzed in detail, and the tension attenuation of the compound cable on the traction reel was discussed. Finally, the finite element analysis of composite cable based on ANSYS software is carried out to verify the cable stress change. The simulation results show that the mechanical model of the cable on the traction reel conforms to the conditions and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the traction system of the large load winch, which has a certain engineering significance.
