半潛平臺帶浮子的系泊系統(tǒng)特性計算分析與參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:半潛平臺是當今海洋油氣資源開發(fā)裝備中的主流產(chǎn)品,為了保證半潛式平臺能夠在惡劣環(huán)境下的作業(yè)安全,研究半潛式平臺在風、浪、流中的水動力和運動性能,合理設(shè)計半潛式平臺系泊系統(tǒng)就顯得尤為重要了。 本文提出了系泊纜中增設(shè)浮子方案,探討浮子設(shè)計參數(shù)對系泊性能的影響規(guī)律,優(yōu)化系泊系統(tǒng),從而來改善系泊纜低頻特性和降低平臺水平運動,提升平臺作業(yè)能力和安全性。 首先以某半潛式平臺為研究對象,構(gòu)建半潛式平臺三維水動力模型和考慮系泊系統(tǒng)的耦合模型,分別采用商用軟件AQWA中的頻域和時域耦合動力分析方法,對平臺運動和系泊特性進行分析,并與試驗結(jié)果進行對比,來驗證數(shù)值模擬的有效性。 其次,針對系泊系統(tǒng)方案,構(gòu)建單浮子系泊系統(tǒng)數(shù)學模型和計算流程,并通過水池模型試驗驗證了數(shù)值模擬的有效性。然后,從靜態(tài)和動態(tài)兩個方面探討浮子設(shè)計參數(shù)(例如浮子位置、浮子凈浮力等)對平臺運動和系泊張力特性的影響規(guī)律,特別分析了平臺極值運動和系泊張力低頻特性,得到了非常有意義的結(jié)果,同時提出了系泊系統(tǒng)的單浮子優(yōu)化方案,通過數(shù)值計算評估分析,大大改善了平臺運動性能和系泊特性。 最后,在單浮子方案的基礎(chǔ)上,,進一步考慮多浮子情況,并構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的計算模型,同樣通過模型試驗來驗證該方法的有效性。然后,研究了兩浮子設(shè)計參數(shù)(例如浮子位置、浮子凈浮力等)對平臺運動和系泊張力特性的影響規(guī)律,獲得了一些有意義的結(jié)論,同時提出了系泊系統(tǒng)的兩浮子優(yōu)化方案,并與單浮子優(yōu)化方案進行比對,給出了適宜的優(yōu)化結(jié)論,可為今后不同水深系泊系統(tǒng)加裝浮子方案提供了技術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:Semi-submersible platform is the mainstream product of offshore oil and gas resources development equipment. In order to ensure the safety of semi-submersible platform in the harsh environment, the hydrodynamic and motion performance of semi-submersible platform in wind, wave and current is studied. It is very important to design the mooring system of semi-submersible platform reasonably. In this paper, the scheme of adding float to mooring cable is put forward, the influence of float design parameters on mooring performance is discussed, and the mooring system is optimized to improve the low frequency characteristic of mooring cable, reduce the horizontal movement of the platform, and enhance the working ability and safety of the platform. Firstly, taking a semi-submersible platform as an object of study, a three-dimensional hydrodynamic model and a coupling model with mooring system are constructed. The coupling dynamic analysis method in frequency domain and time domain in commercial software AQWA is used, respectively. The motion and mooring characteristics of the platform are analyzed and compared with the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the numerical simulation. Secondly, the mathematical model and calculation flow of single float mooring system are constructed, and the validity of numerical simulation is verified by pool model test. Then, the influence of float design parameters (such as float position, float net buoyancy, etc.) on platform motion and mooring tension characteristics is discussed from static and dynamic aspects, especially the low frequency characteristics of platform extreme motion and mooring tension. At the same time, a single float optimization scheme for mooring system is proposed. The motion performance and mooring characteristics of the platform are greatly improved by numerical calculation and evaluation. Finally, on the basis of the single float scheme, the multi-float case is further considered, and the corresponding calculation model is constructed, and the validity of the method is also verified by the model test. Then, the influence of two float design parameters (such as float position, float net buoyancy and so on) on platform motion and mooring tension characteristics is studied, and some meaningful conclusions are obtained. At the same time, two float optimization schemes of mooring system are proposed. Compared with the optimization scheme of single float, the conclusion of optimization is given, which can provide technical support for adding float in mooring system with different water depth in the future.
