自升式拋石整平裝置自存工況抗滑移抗傾覆分析

【摘要】:對自升式拋石整平裝置暴風(fēng)自存工況下抗滑移和抗傾覆能力進(jìn)行了分析.參考CCS《海上移動(dòng)式平臺(tái)入級規(guī)范》對暴風(fēng)自存工況的環(huán)境載荷進(jìn)行定義,運(yùn)用ABAQUS中Subroutine子程序模塊來進(jìn)行環(huán)境載荷的施加.根據(jù)《移動(dòng)式平臺(tái)入級與建造規(guī)范》中對自升式平臺(tái)抗滑移和抗傾覆的要求,對自升式拋石整平裝置進(jìn)行了校核.巖石基床采用基于Mohr-Coulomb屈服準(zhǔn)則的理想彈塑性本構(gòu)模型,位移和轉(zhuǎn)角采用Swipe加載方法.經(jīng)分析,設(shè)計(jì)的自升式拋石整平裝置滿足《規(guī)范》抗滑移和抗傾覆要求.
[Abstract]:The anti-slip and anti-overturning ability of the self-storage of the self-storage storm of a self-lifting riprap leveling device is analyzed. With reference to CCS "entry Specification for Offshore Mobile platform", the paper defines the environmental load under the self-storage condition of the storm, and applies the Subroutine subroutine module in ABAQUS to apply the environmental load. According to the requirement of anti-sliding and anti-overturning of self-lifting platform in the Code of entry and Construction of Mobile platform, the self-lifting leveling device is checked. An ideal elastoplastic constitutive model based on Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion is used for rock base bed and Swipe loading method is used for displacement and rotation angle. Through analysis, it is found that the designed self-lift leveling device meets the requirements of anti-slip and anti-overturning.
