【摘要】：為保證海洋平臺鉆桿墜落對鉆臺撞擊后的結(jié)構(gòu)安全性能,對鉆桿墜落撞擊鉆臺過程分別進行經(jīng)驗公式計算、非線性靜力分析和非線性動力分析,對比3種評估方法的特點,制定適用于實際工程的平臺物體墜落安全分析流程,滿足從快速評估到精細化計算的設(shè)計需求。對平臺物體墜落進行非線性數(shù)值仿真計算,得到與外載荷對應(yīng)的最大變形,結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變集中分布,材料破斷位置,能量轉(zhuǎn)換及速度隨時間的變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the structural safety performance of the drill rod falling on the drill floor , the paper calculates the empirical formula , nonlinear static analysis and nonlinear dynamic analysis , compares the characteristics of three kinds of evaluation methods , and develops the platform object falling safety analysis process applicable to the actual engineering . The nonlinear numerical simulation calculation is carried out on the falling of the platform object , so that the maximum deformation , structural stress , strain concentration distribution , material breaking position , energy conversion and speed change with time are obtained .
