風力致熱型海水淡化裝置及參數設計

【摘要】:風力致熱海水淡化是將風能直接轉換成熱能,再蒸發(fā)海水制取淡水的技術。文章論述了風力致熱型海水淡化裝置的結構和工作原理,介紹了S型垂直軸風力機、攪拌液體致熱裝置和海水蒸發(fā)室的特性。通過力矩的匹配計算,建立攪拌器直徑的相關數學模型,并依據最優(yōu)匹配數學模型計算攪拌液體致熱裝置的參數。根據攪拌液體致熱裝置的尺寸設計出海水蒸發(fā)室,并通過理論計算預估其在額定風速下的產水量約為239.1g/h,表明了風力致熱海水淡化技術的可行性。
[Abstract]:Wind-induced desalination is a technology that converts wind energy directly into heat energy and then evaporates seawater to make fresh water. In this paper, the structure and working principle of the wind-induced desalination unit are discussed, and the characteristics of the S-type vertical axis wind turbine, the stirring liquid heating device and the seawater evaporation chamber are introduced. Through the calculation of torque matching, the relative mathematical model of agitator diameter is established, and the parameters of stirring liquid heating device are calculated according to the optimal matching mathematical model. A seawater evaporation chamber was designed according to the size of the stirring liquid heating device, and its water production at rated wind speed was estimated to be about 239.1 g / h by theoretical calculation, which indicated the feasibility of the wind induced desalination technology.
