深海機(jī)器人專用熱流探針的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:海洋占據(jù)了我們地球表面積的71%,海洋中蘊(yùn)藏著豐厚的資源。海洋資源特別是深海資源的勘探發(fā)展越來越迅速,天然氣水合物就是20世紀(jì)科學(xué)家發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種新型礦產(chǎn)資源,俗稱“可燃冰”,其成分與天然氣成分相近,但更純凈。我國南海北部蘊(yùn)藏著豐富的可燃冰資源,為了更有效的開發(fā)這種清潔能源,研制先進(jìn)的高精度的勘探設(shè)備便成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 天然氣水合物的穩(wěn)定域受海底熱流、海底壓力、沉積物氣體成分和鹽度等多種條件的影響,其中沉積物地溫梯度是預(yù)測水合物穩(wěn)定域的一個重要指標(biāo),因此,海底熱流數(shù)據(jù)的探測具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。 為了得到海底熱流值,通常需要分別測量海底沉積物的熱導(dǎo)率和溫度梯度。使用熱流探針測量海底沉積物的熱流是一種操作簡單、高效的測量方法。本專題是廣州海洋地質(zhì)調(diào)查局(下稱廣海局)“天然氣水合物勘探技術(shù)研發(fā)”課題的重要組成部分,旨在研究一種深海機(jī)器人專用熱流探測器,以供我國天然氣水合物綜合調(diào)查船“海洋六號”上配備的深海機(jī)器人ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle)進(jìn)行深海沉積物溫度梯度探測作業(yè)使用。研制的探測器形狀如針,我們命其名為“針魚” “針魚”采用具有超強(qiáng)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換功能的微處理器芯片ADuC845,利用分時采樣原理處理五個高精度熱敏電阻的采樣數(shù)據(jù)并存儲于數(shù)據(jù)存儲器AT45DB161,微處理器監(jiān)控時鐘芯片DS1302決定采樣始末,”針魚”與上位機(jī)的通信采用485總線通信。 “針魚”整體上由機(jī)械外殼和內(nèi)部電路板組成,電路板部分包括硬件電路和系統(tǒng)軟件,系統(tǒng)軟件包括上位機(jī)人機(jī)交互軟件和下位機(jī)程序軟件。 在”針魚”的研制過程中,進(jìn)行了多次的室內(nèi)模擬試驗(yàn),包括恒溫槽試驗(yàn)、對熱量的反應(yīng)速度測試試驗(yàn);并多次跟隨我國“海洋四號”、“海洋六號”、“蛟龍?zhí)枴笨瓶即M(jìn)行海試,獲得了寶貴的熱流數(shù)據(jù),測試精度達(dá)到0.01℃,分辨率達(dá)到0.005℃;因此,探針可實(shí)際應(yīng)用于我國的海洋地?zé)崃鳒y量事業(yè)。論文詳細(xì)介紹了各個部分的工作原理、”針魚”的操作方法以及實(shí)地獲得的采樣數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The oceans occupy 71% of our earth's surface area, and the oceans are rich in resources.The exploration and development of marine resources, especially deep-sea resources, is more and more rapid. Natural gas hydrate is a new mineral resource discovered by scientists in the 20th century, commonly known as "combustible ice". Its composition is similar to that of natural gas, but it is purer.There are abundant flammable ice resources in the northern part of South China Sea. In order to develop this clean energy more effectively, it is urgent to develop advanced high-precision exploration equipment.The stability region of natural gas hydrate is affected by many conditions, such as submarine heat flow, seabed pressure, composition of sediment gas and salinity, among which the geothermal gradient of sediment is an important index to predict the stability region of hydrate.The detection of submarine heat flux data is of great practical significance.In order to obtain the submarine heat flux, the thermal conductivity and temperature gradient of seafloor sediment should be measured separately.It is a simple and efficient method to use heat flux probe to measure the heat flux of seabed sediment.This topic is an important part of Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey (hereinafter referred to as Guanghai Bureau) "Natural Gas Hydrate Exploration Technology Research and Development" project, aimed at the study of a deep-sea robot dedicated heat flow detector,In order to carry out the deep-sea sediment temperature gradient detection operation, the deep-sea robot ROV remote Operated vehicle equipped on the Haiyang No. 6 gas hydrate comprehensive survey ship in China is used.The detector is shaped like a needle, and we call it "Needle."ADuC845, a microprocessor chip with super strong A / D conversion function, is used to process the sampling data of five high precision thermistors and stored in the data memory AT45DB161.
