海水淡化膜片加工設(shè)備及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:從滲透現(xiàn)象的發(fā)現(xiàn)到反滲透膜片的成功應(yīng)用至今已有近200年的歷史,但從歷史的長(zhǎng)河中看該技術(shù)仍屬于個(gè)新興行業(yè)范疇,以反滲透膜法的海水淡化技術(shù)具有極其廣闊的發(fā)展空間;赗ochem公司開(kāi)發(fā)的盤(pán)管式模柱(DTRO)的獨(dú)特結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及先進(jìn)的系統(tǒng)控制極大地提高了過(guò)濾元件的使用效率及使用壽命,在海水淡化及垃圾處理行業(yè)中凸顯其重要價(jià)值,從行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)看,膜法海水淡化技術(shù)在未來(lái)仍會(huì)占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。本文根據(jù)盤(pán)管式模柱的工藝特點(diǎn),結(jié)合目前業(yè)內(nèi)膜片的加工方式及模柱的組裝方式,提出了對(duì)膜片加工及模柱組裝的自動(dòng)化裝備的研發(fā)方案,在膜片的加工裝備設(shè)計(jì)中,創(chuàng)新采用多套分度系統(tǒng)與超聲波焊接系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,攻克解決了過(guò)濾膜片切割焊接工藝設(shè)備中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)難點(diǎn),研制成功全套自動(dòng)化加工設(shè)備。本文研制的新設(shè)備可以實(shí)現(xiàn)焊接及切割同步,焊接及切割后工位的自動(dòng)更換,原料及成品的自動(dòng)化抓取等。相比傳統(tǒng)膜片加工設(shè)備,新型加工設(shè)備可大幅降低外界人為因素對(duì)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)的影響,顯著提高加工效率及產(chǎn)品的成品率。設(shè)備測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,單片成型周期由180s提高至24s,效率提高了7.5倍;生產(chǎn)線成品合格率由80%顯著增至99%以上;同時(shí),對(duì)模柱組裝的壓縮鎖緊工序的裝備研制,對(duì)提高模柱裝配的質(zhì)量起到了決定性意義,伴隨設(shè)備自動(dòng)化程度的提高,極大地節(jié)省了人工成本并降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。本文研究成果已實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī);a(chǎn),并成為盤(pán)管式模柱膜片加工及模柱裝配的主體加工設(shè)備,具有十分重要的工業(yè)應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:From the penetration phenomenon found successful application of reverse osmosis membrane has been nearly 200 years of history, but from the history of the technology still belongs to a new industry category, in the reverse osmosis membrane desalination technology has the extremely broad space for development. The coil type die column Rochem developed based on DTRO (the unique design of the structure) and advanced control system can greatly improve the efficiency and service life of the filter element, highlights its important value in seawater desalination and waste disposal industry, from the industry's development trend, membrane desalination technology in the future will still occupy the dominant position. According to the process characteristics of coil type die column, combined with the current processing industry and the film mode column assembly way, put forward assembly on the membrane processing and die column automation equipment R & D project, in the design of the processing equipments of a diaphragm, innovation The set of index system and ultrasonic welding system combining solving filtration film cutting key welding equipment, full automatic processing equipment was developed successfully. The new equipment developed in this paper can realize synchronous welding and cutting, welding and automatic replacement after cutting station, raw materials and finished products automatic grabbing etc. compared with the traditional film processing equipment, new processing equipment can greatly reduce the influence of artificial factors on the product quality, improve processing efficiency and product yield. Equipment test results show that the monolithic molding cycle increased from 180s to 24s, the efficiency is increased by 7.5 times; production line yield by 80% significantly increased to more than 99%; at the same time the mold assembly, column compression locking process equipment development, the decisive significance to improve the quality of the mold assembly column, with the degree of automation equipment It has greatly saved labor costs and reduced labor intensity. This research achievement has been realized in large-scale production, and has become the main processing equipment of coil die diaphragm machining and die column assembly. It has very important industrial application value.
