【摘要】：海底底質(zhì)聲學(xué)特性在海洋工程勘察、海底資源勘探開發(fā)、海洋軍事國防建設(shè)等方面具有重要的應(yīng)用價值.隨著海洋事業(yè)的發(fā)展,對海底底質(zhì)聲學(xué)現(xiàn)場探測設(shè)備的要求也越來越高.首先介紹了所研制的海底底質(zhì)聲學(xué)現(xiàn)場探測設(shè)備的機(jī)械系統(tǒng),然后基于AMESim和Workbench聯(lián)合分析,確定了機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的工作荷載,以滑輪組支架為例進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化.研究表明,經(jīng)過仿真優(yōu)化,能夠大幅度降低機(jī)械系統(tǒng)總質(zhì)量,延長設(shè)備水下作業(yè)時間.研究成果對海底底質(zhì)聲學(xué)現(xiàn)場探測設(shè)備機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計具有參考價值.
[Abstract]:The acoustic characteristics of seabed sediment have important application value in marine engineering exploration, submarine resource exploration and exploitation, marine military defense construction and so on.With the development of marine industry, the requirements of seabed acoustics field detection equipment are higher and higher.This paper first introduces the mechanical system of the underwater bottom acoustics field detection equipment, and then, based on the joint analysis of AMESim and Workbench, determines the working load of the mechanical system, and optimizes the pulley bracket for example.The results show that the total quality of mechanical system can be greatly reduced and the underwater working time of the equipment can be prolonged by simulation optimization.The research results have reference value for the mechanical system design of seabed bottom acoustics field detection equipment.
