全海深沉積物保壓容器有限元分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)全海深沉積物氣密取樣器所采集的深淵海底沉積物樣品,設(shè)計(jì)一套沉積物保壓存儲(chǔ)容器,從而為深淵海底生命演化等科學(xué)研究提供海底原位保壓樣品.首先,根據(jù)全海深沉積物保壓容器的保壓容積和保壓性能的要求,開展保壓容器幾何結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的初步設(shè)計(jì),并利用三維軟件Solidworks建立保壓容器的三維幾何模型.其次,利用有限元分析ANSYS軟件,開展模擬全海深超高壓環(huán)境下的保壓容器性能分析,檢驗(yàn)保壓容器的性能.最后,研究不同保壓容器的壁厚和內(nèi)徑對(duì)保壓容器性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:在保壓容器的儲(chǔ)存容積和保壓容器壁厚相同的條件下,保壓容器所受的最大應(yīng)力隨著保壓容器內(nèi)徑的增大而逐漸增大,而保壓容器的重量會(huì)逐漸減少.
[Abstract]:In this paper, a set of sediment storage vessel is designed for the samples of abyss seabed sediment collected by the air-tight sampler of the whole sea depth sediment, so as to provide in situ pressure preservation samples for the scientific research of life evolution of the abyss seabed.Firstly, according to the requirements of the pressure holding volume and the pressure keeping performance of the whole sea depth sediment holding vessel, the preliminary design of the geometric structure parameters of the pressure holding vessel is carried out, and the three-dimensional geometric model of the pressure holding vessel is established by using the three-dimensional software Solidworks.Secondly, the finite element analysis (ANSYS) software is used to analyze the performance of the pressurized vessel under the simulated sea depth and ultra-high pressure environment, and to test the performance of the vessel.Finally, the effects of wall thickness and inner diameter of different pressure holding vessels on the performance of pressure retaining vessels are studied. The results show that: under the condition of the same storage volume and wall thickness of pressure holding vessels,The maximum stress of the pressurized vessel increases with the increase of the inner diameter of the vessel, and the weight of the vessel decreases gradually.
