基于Tenax脫附技術(shù)評價(jià)洋山港海域懸浮物中多環(huán)芳烴的生物有效性

【摘要】:在測定海洋生物對洋山港海域懸浮物中多環(huán)芳烴(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons,PAHs)富集系數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合Tenax連續(xù)萃取法研究懸浮物中PAHs的脫附動力學(xué),為評價(jià)洋山港懸浮物中PAHs的生物有效性提供簡單、快速的評價(jià)方法。結(jié)果表明,洋山港海域生物對懸浮物中PAHs的生物-底泥富集因子(BSAF)處于0.02~0.21之間,說明該海域生物體對懸浮物中PAHs的富集程度較低;懸浮物中PAHs的快速脫附比例(Frap)處在20~40%之間,且快速、慢速和極慢速脫附速率常數(shù)數(shù)量級分別為10~(-1)、10~(-2)和10~(-4);此外Tenax 6 h單點(diǎn)萃取的PAHs濃度與大多數(shù)海洋生物體內(nèi)的累積濃度相關(guān)性良好(0.64r20.80,P0.01),表明Tenax 6 h單點(diǎn)萃取比例可以簡便、快速地預(yù)測懸浮物中PAHs在海洋生物體內(nèi)的累積量。該方法可用于評價(jià)海域懸浮物PAHs的污染并為相關(guān)海產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全和食用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提供生物有效性評價(jià)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the determination of the enrichment coefficient of polycyclic Aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in suspended matter of marine life in Yangshan Harbor, the desorption kinetics of PAHs in suspended matter was studied by Tenax continuous extraction method, which provided a simple method for evaluating the bioavailability of PAHs in suspended matter of Yangshan Harbor. The results show that the bioaccumulation factor of PAHs in suspended sediment is between 0.02 and 0.21, which indicates that the concentration of PAHs in suspended solids is low in this sea area. The rapid desorption ratio of PAHs in suspended solids was between 20% and 40%, and the ratio was very fast. The order of magnitude of slow desorption rate constant and extremely slow desorption rate constant are 10 ~ 10 ~ (-2) and 10 ~ (-4), respectively. In addition, the concentration of PAHs extracted by Tenax for 6 h has a good correlation with the accumulated concentration in most marine organisms, which indicates that the ratio of Tenax _ (6) h single point extraction is simple and convenient. This method can be used to evaluate PAHs pollution and provide bioavailability evaluation basis for the quality safety and edible risk of marine products.
