基于冷凍過程的海水脫鹽研究

【摘要】:基于鹽溶液冷凍脫鹽的基本原理,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了冷凍脫鹽、重力脫鹽和離心脫鹽的規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,冷凍脫鹽率隨結(jié)冰質(zhì)量比的增加先增大后減小,且冷凍溫度越高脫鹽效果越好,冷凍脫鹽率最高能達(dá)到35%左右;而經(jīng)過重力作用能使脫鹽率提高到95%以上,且環(huán)境溫度的升高有助于重力脫鹽;離心時(shí)間對(duì)離心脫鹽率的影響不明顯,當(dāng)離心機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速從500 r/min增加到1 500 r/min時(shí),離心脫鹽率從30%左右迅速增加到80%以上。淡水產(chǎn)率是影響重力脫鹽和離心脫鹽的重要因素,離心脫鹽是重力脫鹽的加速過程。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic principle of freezing desalination of salt solution, the laws of freezing desalination, gravity desalting and centrifugal desalting are studied experimentally. The results show that the freeze-desalination rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of freezing mass ratio. The higher the freezing temperature, the better the desalination efficiency is, the highest desalination rate is about 35%, and the desalinization rate can be increased to more than 95% by gravity, and the increase of ambient temperature is helpful to gravity desalination. When the speed of centrifuge increased from 500 r/min to 1 500 r/min, the rate of centrifugal desalination increased rapidly from about 30% to more than 80%. The fresh water yield was an important factor affecting gravity desalination and centrifugal desalination. Centrifugal desalination is an accelerated process of gravity desalination.
