【摘要】：圍填海帶來巨大的社會和經(jīng)濟效益的同時,也給海洋環(huán)境資源帶來了危害。本文結(jié)合福建省圍填海歷史過程,分析了福建省圍填海的現(xiàn)狀,同時提出了目前圍填�；顒哟嬖诘闹饕獑栴}。文中在此基礎上,分析了福建省"十三五"圍填海趨勢。并且針對圍填海存在的問題和"十三五"用海趨勢,文章提出了一些圍填海的管理對策。
[Abstract]:Reclamation brings great social and economic benefits, but also brings harm to marine environment and resources. This paper analyzes the current situation of reclamation in Fujian Province, based on the historical process of reclamation in Fujian Province. At the same time, the main problems existing in the reclamation activities at present are put forward. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the reclamation trend of Fujian Province in the 13th Five-Year Plan, and aims at the problems existing in the reclamations and the trend of using the sea in the 13th Five-Year Plan. This paper puts forward some management countermeasures for reclamation.
