橫管式太陽能苦咸水淡化裝置產(chǎn)水性能研究

【摘要】:提出一種新型橫管式太陽能苦咸水淡化裝置,介紹裝置的工作原理,通過建立裝置內(nèi)傳熱傳質(zhì)關(guān)系,得到單效及兩效橫管式太陽能苦咸水淡化裝置的淡水產(chǎn)量預(yù)測(cè)值。用電加熱管代替太陽能集熱系統(tǒng),對(duì)單效和兩效裝置在穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行時(shí)測(cè)點(diǎn)溫度變化和產(chǎn)水速率進(jìn)行測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:兩個(gè)裝置穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行時(shí),蒸汽主要在套管內(nèi)上部進(jìn)行凝結(jié),產(chǎn)水速率均隨加熱溫度的升高而增大,兩效淡化裝置在加熱溫度為80℃時(shí)的淡水產(chǎn)量為0.728 kg/h,是單效裝置的2.1倍,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試值與理論計(jì)算值隨溫度變化趨勢(shì)一致,兩效淡化裝置性能系數(shù)可達(dá)1.67。
[Abstract]:A new type of horizontal tube solar desalination device for brackish water is proposed. The working principle of the device is introduced, and the heat and mass transfer relationship in the device is established. The prediction value of fresh water production of single-effect and two-effect horizontal tube solar desalination device is obtained. The electric heating tube replaces the solar energy collection system. The temperature change and water production rate of the two devices in steady state operation are measured. The results show that the steam condenses mainly in the upper part of the casing, and the water production rate increases with the increase of the heating temperature.
