【摘要】:二十一世紀(jì)是人類開(kāi)發(fā)利用海洋的時(shí)代,海洋是人類生活必不可少的物質(zhì)和能源的源泉。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)海洋重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)和海洋資源環(huán)境的開(kāi)發(fā)不斷深入,鄰海各國(guó)對(duì)我國(guó)海域的非法侵犯活動(dòng)頻發(fā),提高對(duì)海上環(huán)境的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)能力,維護(hù)我國(guó)的領(lǐng)海安全是當(dāng)下急需解決的課題。大型海洋資料浮標(biāo)是海洋監(jiān)測(cè)的重要手段之一,,它可以全天候、長(zhǎng)期連續(xù)、定點(diǎn)地對(duì)海洋環(huán)境進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)我國(guó)海洋事業(yè)的發(fā)展起著積極的作用。 我國(guó)目前已業(yè)務(wù)化運(yùn)行的大型海洋資料浮標(biāo)主要是對(duì)海洋氣象水文數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),本課題依托海洋公益性項(xiàng)目——海洋維權(quán)執(zhí)法目標(biāo)探測(cè)識(shí)別與信息傳輸技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究,研制出一套新型的大型海洋浮標(biāo)系統(tǒng),在東海特定敏感區(qū)域進(jìn)行示范應(yīng)用。該系統(tǒng)研究的主要任務(wù)是利用在已有的大型資料浮標(biāo)上加裝聲學(xué)傳感器陣列和高清晰度圖像采集系統(tǒng),通過(guò)采用高速無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸系統(tǒng),對(duì)定點(diǎn)獲取的浮標(biāo)周邊海域活動(dòng)艦船聲指紋及圖像信息進(jìn)行分析與研究,為侵權(quán)目標(biāo)的識(shí)別與判斷提供依據(jù)。 本論文研究的主要內(nèi)容是海上目標(biāo)探測(cè)識(shí)別浮標(biāo)的高速數(shù)據(jù)通訊與數(shù)據(jù)接收處理系統(tǒng),通過(guò)利用高速無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸系統(tǒng)建立起集數(shù)據(jù)接收、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、實(shí)時(shí)顯示、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、數(shù)據(jù)分析于一體的岸站系統(tǒng)軟件平臺(tái)。本論文首先對(duì)浮標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹;其次詳細(xì)論述了浮標(biāo)系統(tǒng)的通訊模塊,根據(jù)CDMA和海事衛(wèi)星的通信原理,制定出詳細(xì)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議;然后依據(jù)關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)原則,以SQLServer2005為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)平臺(tái)創(chuàng)建了具有良好性能的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);最后采用VC++面向?qū)ο缶幊碳夹g(shù),完成軟件功能的開(kāi)發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)。 本論文還通過(guò)10m浮標(biāo)獲取的波浪資料對(duì)海浪頻譜進(jìn)行了研究分析,嘗試了在大型浮標(biāo)上利用VC++編程進(jìn)行海浪譜的計(jì)算方法研究并結(jié)合MATLAB混合編程繪制海浪頻譜曲線,為今后在大型浮標(biāo)上計(jì)算海浪譜打下了基礎(chǔ)。 目前,本設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)完成實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)、拷機(jī)測(cè)試和幾個(gè)月的海上實(shí)驗(yàn),軟件系統(tǒng)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的接收、存儲(chǔ)、處理及海浪譜分析等功能均能正常實(shí)現(xiàn),人機(jī)交互界面友好并且具有良好的可擴(kuò)展性,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,數(shù)據(jù)接收準(zhǔn)確,滿足項(xiàng)目各方面的需求。另外軟件開(kāi)發(fā)遵循模塊化設(shè)計(jì),便于進(jìn)行后期的二次開(kāi)發(fā)利用。
[Abstract]:21th century is the era of human exploitation and utilization of the ocean, which is an indispensable material and energy source for human life. With the development of science and technology, people have a deep understanding of the importance of the ocean and the exploitation of marine resources and environment. The frequent illegal encroachment of neighboring countries on our sea area, the enhancement of real-time monitoring capability of marine environment, and the maintenance of the safety of our territorial waters are urgent issues. Large ocean data buoys are one of the important means of ocean monitoring. It can monitor the marine environment all weather, continuously for a long time, and it plays an active role in the development of marine industry in China. At present, the large ocean data buoy in operation in our country is mainly used to monitor marine meteorological and hydrological data. This subject relies on the research on the application of ocean public welfare project-detection, identification and information transmission technology of marine rights enforcement. A new type of large ocean buoy system has been developed. The main task of this system is to install acoustic sensor array and high definition image acquisition system on the existing large data buoys, and to adopt a high-speed wireless data transmission system. The acoustic fingerprints and image information of moving ships in the sea area around buoys are analyzed and studied, which provides the basis for the identification and judgment of tort targets. The main content of this paper is the high-speed data communication and data receiving and processing system for marine target detection and identification buoy. Through the use of high-speed wireless data transmission system, set up data reception, data storage, real-time display, data query. This paper firstly introduces the overall design of the buoy system, and then discusses the communication module of the buoy system in detail, according to the communication principle of CDMA and maritime satellite. The detailed network protocol is worked out, and then according to the relational database standard and the optimization design principle, the database with good performance is created on the platform of SQLServer2005. Finally, the object-oriented programming technology of VC is adopted. Complete the development and design of software function. In this paper, the wave spectrum is analyzed by the wave data obtained from the 10m buoy, and the calculation method of the wave spectrum is studied by using VC programming on the large buoy, and the wave spectrum curve is drawn with MATLAB mixed programming. It will lay a foundation for the calculation of wave spectrum on large buoys in the future. At present, the design has completed the laboratory experiments, the testing of copying machines and several months of offshore experiments, and the functions of the software system to receive, store, process and analyze the wave spectrum can be realized normally. The man-machine interface is friendly and has good expansibility, the system runs stably, the data receives accurately, and meets the requirements of all aspects of the project. In addition, the software development follows the modular design, which is convenient for the secondary development and utilization in the later stage.
