【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展,全社會對水資源的需求量日益增加,水資源成為制約社會發(fā)展的主要因素之一。為解決水資源短缺的問題,多種新型水源逐漸成為常規(guī)水源的有效補充。再生水、海水淡化水、雨水、微咸水等非常規(guī)水源的利用日益廣泛。隨著海水淡化技術(shù)的逐步成熟,在我國沿海地區(qū)海水淡化工程的建設(shè)越來越多。海水淡化工程的落成,使得海水淡化水成為區(qū)域水資源供應(yīng)的重要組成。作為非常規(guī)水源,海水淡化水由于其生產(chǎn)工藝的特殊性,使得淡化水較常規(guī)水源純凈度高,水質(zhì)屬于高品質(zhì)水源。海水淡化水的用戶與常規(guī)水用戶存在一定用水需求差別。海水淡化水利用需要具有相應(yīng)的配套設(shè)施和獨特的使用模式,在常規(guī)水源持續(xù)供水多年的地區(qū),海水淡化水的利用設(shè)備尚存在一定欠缺。本次研究首先開展海水淡化水淡化技術(shù)及淡化水水質(zhì)分析。對新加坡、澳大利亞和西班牙這些利用海水淡化水較成功的國家進行海水淡化水的利用過程與方式調(diào)研,對國外海水淡化水利用情況進行總結(jié);同時進行國內(nèi)海水淡化水生產(chǎn)及利用情況調(diào)研,分析海水淡化水利用途徑及方式;從淡化水產(chǎn)能、工藝方法、水質(zhì)和利用途徑等方面,對天津市已經(jīng)建成的海水淡化水廠進行調(diào)查,對利用過程中的問題進行分析;在供水方式、供水對象、供水范圍、用戶需求、供水水量、供水過程、供水安全、供水價格和供水影響等方面,開展海水淡化水與常規(guī)供水的對比分析,提出兩種水源各自供水特點及適應(yīng)的供水方式;對天津市海水淡化水的用戶進行用水潛力分析,闡明用水戶的用水需求,劃分淡化水的應(yīng)用區(qū)域及利用領(lǐng)域,測算天津市海水淡化水的利用潛力;結(jié)合天津市的用水特點,提出天津市海水淡化水的建議利用模式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, the demand for water resources in the whole society is increasing day by day. Water resources have become one of the main factors restricting the development of society. A number of new sources of water gradually become an effective supplement to conventional sources. Reclaimed water, seawater desalination water, Rain Water, brackish water and other unconventional water sources are increasingly widely used. With the gradual maturity of seawater desalination technology. The construction of seawater desalination project is more and more in the coastal areas of our country. With the completion of seawater desalination project, seawater desalination water becomes an important component of regional water resources supply, as an unconventional source of water. Because of the particularity of its production technology, desalination water is more pure than conventional water source. The water quality belongs to the high quality water source. There is a certain difference between the users of seawater desalination water and that of the conventional water users. The use of seawater desalination water requires corresponding facilities and unique usage mode. The equipment of seawater desalination is still lacking in the area where the conventional water supply has been supplied for many years. Firstly, the desalination technology and the desalination water quality are analyzed in this study. Australia and Spain, which have been successful in using desalination water, investigated the process and methods of seawater desalination water utilization, and summarized the situation of seawater desalination water utilization abroad. At the same time, the production and utilization of desalination water in China were investigated, and the ways and means of seawater desalination water utilization were analyzed. From the aspects of desalination aquatic energy, process method, water quality and utilization way, this paper investigates the seawater desalination water plant that has been built in Tianjin, and analyzes the problems in the process of utilization. In the aspects of water supply mode, water supply object, water supply range, user demand, water supply quantity, water supply process, water supply safety, water supply price and water supply effect, the comparative analysis of seawater desalination water and conventional water supply is carried out. The characteristics of water supply of two kinds of water sources and the suitable water supply mode are put forward. This paper analyzes the potential of seawater desalination in Tianjin, clarifies the water demand of water users, divides the application area and field of desalination water, and calculates the utilization potential of desalination water in Tianjin. According to the characteristics of water use in Tianjin, the suggested utilization mode of seawater desalination water in Tianjin is put forward.
