北方典型濱海核電廠溫排水最高排放溫度限值研究

【摘要】:基于國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的溫排水排放控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可執(zhí)行性不強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)狀,對我國電廠溫排水的熱污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)—溫排水排放口的最高排放溫度限值進(jìn)行了研究。以我國北方某典型濱海核電廠址鄰近海域的代表性海洋生物為研究對象,以各季節(jié)不同受試物種高起始致死溫度(UILT50)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果,作為確定該廠址溫排水排放口控制的高溫限值的主要依據(jù)。并結(jié)合法規(guī)調(diào)研法和水溫極值預(yù)測法,最終確定該典型濱海核電廠址溫排水最高排放溫度限值的推薦值如下:冬季為31℃,春、秋季為32℃,夏季為34℃。
[Abstract]:Based on the present situation that the existing thermal drainage discharge control standards in China are not enforceable, the maximum discharge temperature limit value of the thermal pollution control standard of thermal drainage in power plants in China is studied. Taking the representative marine organisms near a typical coastal nuclear power plant site in northern China as the research object, the statistical analysis results of high initial lethal temperature (UILT50) of the tested species in different seasons are taken as the main basis for determining the high temperature limit value of the temperature drainage outlet control of the plant. Combined with the law adjustment method and the water temperature extreme value prediction method, the recommended values of the maximum discharge temperature limit of temperature drainage at the typical coastal nuclear power plant site are as follows: 31 鈩,
