甲烷-正庚烷混合物的預(yù)混層流火焰研究

【摘要】:利用球形傳播火焰試驗(yàn)和一維平面火焰數(shù)值模擬對(duì)0.1 MPa、393 K條件下甲烷-正庚烷混合物的預(yù)混層流燃燒特性進(jìn)行了研究,其中當(dāng)量比從0.7到1.5、甲烷含量從0到100%,.結(jié)果表明:隨著甲烷含量的提高,甲烷-正庚烷混合物的層流燃燒速度和Markstein長(zhǎng)度首先基本保持不變,呈現(xiàn)出與正庚烷類似的特性,當(dāng)甲烷含量達(dá)到75%,時(shí),其層流燃燒速度和Markstein長(zhǎng)度開(kāi)始不同于正庚烷,逐漸發(fā)生變化.結(jié)合層流燃燒速度的敏感性分析,對(duì)混合物一維平面火焰中主要自由基的濃度和主要基元反應(yīng)的反應(yīng)速率隨甲烷含量的變化進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)甲烷含量增至75%,時(shí),主要自由基(·H、·OH和·O)的摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)峰值和基元反應(yīng)(R1 H+O_2=O+OH、R24 CO+OH=CO_2+H)的反應(yīng)速率峰值都開(kāi)始發(fā)生變化.
[Abstract]:The premixed laminar combustion characteristics of methane-n-hexane mixture at 0.1 MPa,393 K were studied by spherical propagation flame test and one-dimensional plane flame numerical simulation. Methane content ranges from 0 to 100%. The results show that with the increase of methane content, the laminar combustion rate and Markstein length of methane-n-hexane mixture remain basically unchanged at first, showing the same characteristics as n-hexane. When the methane content reaches 75%, The laminar combustion rate and Markstein length are different from that of n-hexane, and change gradually. Combined with the sensitivity analysis of laminar combustion rate, the concentration of main free radicals and the reaction rate of main elementary reactions in one-dimensional plane flame of mixture were studied with the change of methane content.
