【摘要】：建立活塞環(huán)組-缸套系統(tǒng)的混合潤滑仿真模型,模型中考慮活塞環(huán)組的熱變形、缸套的熱變形以及裝配變形對活塞環(huán)-缸套系統(tǒng)摩擦學(xué)性能的影響,并通過模型分析缸套、活塞環(huán)變形以及活塞環(huán)適應(yīng)性對漏氣面積、環(huán)間壓力、最小油膜厚度、摩擦力和磨損的影響。結(jié)果表明:變形對一、二環(huán)的漏氣面積和一環(huán)與二環(huán)間的氣體壓力影響較大;考慮變形后,一環(huán)的摩擦力增大,二環(huán)的摩擦力減小,并且可以看到,在周向和軸向方向上一、二環(huán)環(huán)面的磨損是不均勻的;由于油環(huán)的適應(yīng)性較好,變形對油環(huán)的漏氣量及摩擦學(xué)性能影響較小。
[Abstract]:The mixed lubrication simulation model of piston ring-cylinder liner system is established. The thermal deformation of piston ring group, the thermal deformation of cylinder liner and the influence of assembly deformation on the tribological performance of piston ring-cylinder liner system are considered in the model, and the cylinder liner is analyzed by the model. Effects of piston ring deformation and ring adaptability on air leakage area, ring pressure, minimum oil film thickness, friction and wear. The results show that the deformation has a great influence on the gas leakage area and the gas pressure between the first ring and the second ring. After considering the deformation, the friction force of one ring increases and the friction force of two ring decreases, and it can be seen that the wear of one ring and two ring torus is not uniform in the circumferential and axial direction. Because of the good adaptability of the oil ring, the deformation has little effect on the gas leakage and tribological performance of the oil ring.
