不同金屬材料與海水溫度對海水結(jié)垢影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:針對海水換熱結(jié)垢現(xiàn)象進行了實驗研究。對比了鍍鋅鐵片、黃銅、紫銅和不銹鋼4種金屬在海水中的結(jié)垢特征,以及4種金屬表面結(jié)垢量的變化。實驗結(jié)果顯示,不同金屬在海水中的污垢形貌及結(jié)垢量不同,鍍鋅鐵片的結(jié)垢量最大,紫銅表面腐蝕較為嚴重,結(jié)垢量最小。對海水污垢進行了XRD(X-Ray Diffraction)和EDX(Energy Dispersive XRay)物相分析,結(jié)果顯示,不同金屬材料表面形成的海水污垢的物相組成不同,鍍鋅鐵片表面的污垢成分主要是鋅的腐蝕產(chǎn)物,而不銹鋼表面的污垢成分主要為氫氧化鎂。比較了鍍鋅鐵片和黃銅在80℃和60℃海水中的結(jié)垢量變化,鍍鋅鐵片污垢隨著海水溫度的上升而下降,而黃銅污垢隨著海水溫度的上升而上升。
[Abstract]:The scaling phenomenon of heat exchange in seawater was studied experimentally. The scaling characteristics of galvanized iron sheet, brass, copper and stainless steel in seawater and the change of scaling amount on the surface of four kinds of metals were compared. The experimental results show that the fouling morphology and scaling amount of different metals in seawater are different, the scale amount of galvanized iron sheet is the largest, the surface corrosion of red copper is more serious, and the amount of scaling is the least. The XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) and EDX (Energy Dispersive XRay) phase analysis of seawater fouling was carried out. The results showed that the phase composition of seawater fouling formed on the surface of different metal materials was different, and the fouling composition on the surface of galvanized iron sheet was mainly the corrosion product of zinc.
