以生物質(zhì)氣為燃料的微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)運(yùn)行特性分析
[Abstract]:In this paper, the feasibility of using straw gas, cotton wood gas, wood chip gas and biogas as fuel was studied by means of simulation and simulation for a 30kW micro-gas turbine in a certain company, and the feasibility of using straw gas, cotton wood gas, wood chip gas and biogas as fuel was studied. The safe operation condition of micro gas turbine with different biomass gas is calculated. The results show that straw gas and cotton wood gas with lower calorific value can not be used in this gas turbine because it can not meet the requirements of compressor surge margin and turbine inlet temperature at the same time. When burning wood chip gas and biogas with high calorific value, the micro gas turbine can operate safely. The chip gas can operate safely in the pressure ratio of 3.247 ~ 3.251 and the power of 18.13 ~ 32 kW. The biogas can be operated at a pressure ratio of 3.203 ~ 3.207, and the gas can be operated safely at a pressure ratio of 3.247 ~ 3.251 and a power of 18.13 ~ 32 kW. The power is within the range of 15.9 and 32 kW safe operation. In view of the problem that low calorific value fuel can not be used in micro gas turbine, an improved compressor scheme is proposed, which increases the surge margin and turbine inlet temperature of the compressor when low calorific value fuel is used, so that the compressor can operate safely.
