【摘要】：本文通過理論推導(dǎo)給出了散熱器的冷熱流體的溫度分布計算公式,并計算分析了初始溫差、順逆流程及散熱器高度對散熱系數(shù)的影響。計算結(jié)果表明,初始溫差(ITD)不會影響順、逆流程的綜合散熱系數(shù);逆流程散熱系數(shù)總是大于順流程;順流程的散熱系數(shù)隨著散熱器高度的增加不斷減小,但散熱器高度對逆流程的散熱系數(shù)影響很小。此結(jié)果對工程設(shè)計具有重要的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the calculation formula of the temperature distribution of the heat and cold fluid of the radiator is derived theoretically, and the influence of the initial temperature difference, the inverse flow and the height of the radiator on the heat dissipation coefficient is calculated and analyzed. The calculation results show that the initial temperature difference (ITD) has no effect on the overall heat dissipation coefficient of the reverse process, and the heat dissipation coefficient of the inverse process is always larger than that of the following process. The heat dissipation coefficient along the flow decreases with the increase of radiator height, but the radiator height has little effect on the heat dissipation coefficient of the inverse flow. This result has important reference value for engineering design.
