粉煤灰制備高純度X型沸石及其對含鉛廢水處理的研究

【摘要】:采用經(jīng)堿熔融-離心提取處理的粉煤灰為原料,經(jīng)水熱反應(yīng)法研究合成高純度X型沸石的過程,探討了堿灰比、焙燒溫度對硅鋁熔出量的影響,研究了堿度、陳化時間、晶化時間與硅鋁比對合成的影響以及其對含Pb~(2+)廢水的吸附性能。結(jié)果表明:堿灰比為2.3∶1,焙燒溫度為680℃時可獲得最佳的硅鋁熔出量;當SiO_2/Na2O=1(摩爾比),SiO_2/Al2O3=3.5(摩爾比),陳化時間為5 h,晶化時間為16 h時可獲得高純度X型沸石。合成沸石表現(xiàn)出對含Pb~(2+)廢水較強的吸附能力,在投加0.23 g/100 m L含Pb~(2+)500 mg/L溶液中,調(diào)節(jié)p H值為5,常溫下30 min,Pb~(2+)去除率可達99.6%;吸附容量達到了216.8 mg/g。
[Abstract]:High purity X zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction with fly ash extracted by alkali melt and centrifugation. The effects of alkali / cement ratio and calcination temperature on the melting amount of Si / Al were studied. The alkalinity and aging time were studied. The effects of crystallization time and Si / Al ratio on the synthesis and adsorption of Pb~ (2)-containing wastewater were investigated. The results show that the optimum melting rate of Si and Al can be obtained when the ratio of alkali to cement is 2.3: 1 and the calcination temperature is 680 鈩,
