燃煤發(fā)電機組低NO_x排放控制技術存在問題分析

【摘要】:深度低氮燃燒和SCR系統(tǒng)的應用會對鍋爐機組的安全經濟運行產生一系列的影響。深度低氮燃燒影響鍋爐燃燒效率及火焰穩(wěn)定性、低負荷運行時NO_x排放濃度、蒸汽溫度及其控制;SCR系統(tǒng)應用可能導致空氣預熱器積灰和存在低負荷運行時催化劑失活等問題。對這些問題的機理原因、影響因素和運行影響進行了系統(tǒng)的分析和論述,并對相應的防止和減輕技術措施進行了總結。
[Abstract]:The application of deep low nitrogen combustion and SCR system will have a series of effects on the safe and economical operation of boiler units. Deep low nitrogen combustion affects boiler combustion efficiency and flame stability, NO_x emission concentration, steam temperature and its control during low load operation. The application of SCR system may lead to ash deposition in air preheater and deactivation of catalyst in low load operation. The mechanism, influencing factors and operation effects of these problems are systematically analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding technical measures for prevention and mitigation are summarized.
