燃煤發(fā)電機(jī)組低NO_x排放控制技術(shù)存在問題分析

【摘要】:深度低氮燃燒和SCR系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用會對鍋爐機(jī)組的安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生一系列的影響。深度低氮燃燒影響鍋爐燃燒效率及火焰穩(wěn)定性、低負(fù)荷運(yùn)行時(shí)NO_x排放濃度、蒸汽溫度及其控制;SCR系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用可能導(dǎo)致空氣預(yù)熱器積灰和存在低負(fù)荷運(yùn)行時(shí)催化劑失活等問題。對這些問題的機(jī)理原因、影響因素和運(yùn)行影響進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析和論述,并對相應(yīng)的防止和減輕技術(shù)措施進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The application of deep low nitrogen combustion and SCR system will have a series of effects on the safe and economical operation of boiler units. Deep low nitrogen combustion affects boiler combustion efficiency and flame stability, NO_x emission concentration, steam temperature and its control during low load operation. The application of SCR system may lead to ash deposition in air preheater and deactivation of catalyst in low load operation. The mechanism, influencing factors and operation effects of these problems are systematically analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding technical measures for prevention and mitigation are summarized.
