循環(huán)流化床鍋爐散熱損失的測(cè)試與估算分析
[Abstract]:In estimating the heat loss of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the current national standard and industry standard consider that the heat dissipation intensity of separator is the same as that of boiler body, in order to measure the rationality of this method, A 440t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler of coal-fired power station was tested and its uncertainty was analyzed. The outer surface of the boiler system was divided into 134 areas and 1 333 measuring points were set up. Finally, the heat dissipation loss of the boiler system was determined to be 0.731, and the uncertainty was 0.08, which indicated that the test results had a high accuracy. According to national standards and industry standards, the value of heat loss is only 0.432. Through analysis, the heat dissipation intensity of boiler body, steam water system and hot air system in boiler system is relatively small, and the heat dissipation loss is proportional to its area, but the heat dissipation intensity of adiabatic separator and backfeed system is 5 times of that of the former. With 16.2% of the heat dissipation area, 47.6% of the heat loss. Therefore, the method of estimating heat loss of circulating fluidized bed boiler by national standard and industry standard has great system uncertainty.
