顆粒分布對(duì)吸附熱變換器內(nèi)傳熱傳質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:采用直接接觸法提高吸附熱變換器內(nèi)的傳熱傳質(zhì)速率,回收熱水直接生成過熱蒸汽。對(duì)蒸汽生成過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值建模,耦合質(zhì)量、能量和動(dòng)量方程。氣液固的三相計(jì)算被合理簡(jiǎn)化成兩個(gè)由一個(gè)移動(dòng)水-氣界面連接的兩相區(qū)域計(jì)算。模擬研究填充床內(nèi)的沸石顆粒分布如松散-密集型和密集-松散型對(duì)蒸汽生成的影響。兩種填充床生成蒸汽的總質(zhì)量相同。密集-松散型生成蒸汽的時(shí)間短,但生成速率快。密集-松散型生成蒸汽與入水的時(shí)間比值為58.8%,生成的蒸汽均保持在峰值,最高溫度達(dá)249℃,系統(tǒng)整體溫升達(dá)139℃,而松散-密集型生成的蒸汽僅有1/3保持在峰值。密集-松散型出口處與水-氣液面產(chǎn)生蒸汽的質(zhì)量比值大,表明該床層的顆粒分布更有利于蒸汽的快速通過。
[Abstract]:The direct contact method is used to improve the heat and mass transfer rate in the adsorption heat converter, and the hot water is recovered to generate superheated steam directly. The steam generation process is modeled numerically, coupling mass, energy and momentum equations. The gas-liquid-solid three-phase calculation is reasonably simplified to two two-phase regions connected by a moving water-gas interface. The influence of zeolite particle distribution in packed bed such as loose-intensive and dense-loose on steam generation was studied by simulation. The two packed beds produce the same total mass of steam. Dense-loose type of steam formation time is short, but the rate of formation is fast. The ratio of the time between dense and loose steam generation and water entry is 58.8, the maximum temperature of the steam is 249 鈩,
