燃氣輪機輔機控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:在燃氣輪機的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計中,輔機控制系統(tǒng)與主機控制系統(tǒng)是同等重要的,都會對燃氣輪機的使用性能造成很大影響,還會對其使用壽命帶來一定影響。為此我們必須要重視起燃氣輪機的輔機控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。本文也正是在此基礎(chǔ)上選擇了這一課題。本文研究了GE 9FA燃氣輪機的結(jié)構(gòu)特點和關(guān)鍵技術(shù),重點對GE 9FA燃氣輪機的輔機控制系統(tǒng)進行了研究,分析了輔機控制系統(tǒng)的主要功能和組成部分,完成GE 9FA燃氣輪機輔機控制系統(tǒng)的硬件與軟件的設(shè)計。首先,本文對燃氣輪機及其運行控制系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷程進行了介紹,重點就GE公司的9FA重型燃氣輪機及輔機進行結(jié)構(gòu)和原理的分析,包括燃氣輪機工作原理、主機結(jié)構(gòu)和輔機結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)合燃氣輪機的工作和控制原理,明確了輔機系統(tǒng)對主機結(jié)構(gòu)在運行過程中的重要性;其次,針對燃氣輪機輔機中的潤滑油泵控制、啟動裝置控制、轉(zhuǎn)速和加速度控制、油氣分離器風(fēng)扇控制、空氣系統(tǒng)控制、通風(fēng)和溫度控制等進行了重點研究,著重分析了各個重要輔機在燃氣輪機運行過程中的作用及其工作原理;再次,從硬件方面,對GE公司9FA燃氣輪機輔機控制系統(tǒng)進行了設(shè)計和研究,對輔機控制系統(tǒng)中輔機控制系統(tǒng)的硬件控制邏輯進行設(shè)計分析。同時,進一步研究燃氣輪機運行過程中的各項保護措施,確保燃機輪機在運行過程中的安全性。最后,從軟件方面,對控制器的設(shè)置和網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方面進行研究,對輔機控制系統(tǒng)中的啟動、熱盤車、點火順序、暖機順序、停車順序及盤車等工作程序的控制邏輯進行設(shè)計分析。
[Abstract]:In the design of gas turbine control system, the auxiliary control system is as important as the main engine control system, which will have a great impact on the performance of the gas turbine, and will also have a certain impact on its service life. Therefore, we must pay attention to the design and implementation of auxiliary control system for gas turbine. It is on this basis that this paper chooses this subject. In this paper, the structural characteristics and key technologies of GE 9FA gas turbine are studied, and the auxiliary control system of GE 9FA gas turbine is studied, and the main functions and components of the auxiliary turbine control system are analyzed. Finish the hardware and software design of GE 9FA gas turbine auxiliary machine control system. Firstly, this paper introduces the development of gas turbine and its running control system, especially analyzes the structure and principle of 9FA heavy-duty gas turbine and auxiliary machine of GE Company, including the working principle of gas turbine. The structure of main engine and auxiliary machine, combined with the work and control principle of gas turbine, make clear the importance of auxiliary machine system to the structure of main engine in the course of operation. Secondly, the control of lubricating oil pump, start-up device, speed and acceleration, fan control of oil and gas separator, air system control, ventilation and temperature control are studied. The function and working principle of each important auxiliary machine in the operation of gas turbine are analyzed emphatically. Thirdly, from the hardware aspect, the design and research of 9FA gas turbine auxiliary machine control system of GE company are carried out, and the hardware control logic of auxiliary machine control system in auxiliary machine control system is designed and analyzed. At the same time, the protection measures during the operation of gas turbine are further studied to ensure the safety of gas turbine during operation. Finally, from the aspect of software, the design of the controller and the network system are studied. The starting, hot disk car, ignition sequence, warming order in the auxiliary machine control system are studied. Design and analyze the control logic of parking sequence and other working procedures.
