大型汽輪機(jī)排汽通道流場(chǎng)的三維數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:本文應(yīng)用FLUENT流體計(jì)算軟件,分別模擬汽輪機(jī)排汽缸和凝汽器喉部?jī)?nèi)流場(chǎng),并提出優(yōu)化改造的方案。同時(shí),考慮到單獨(dú)模擬與排汽通道耦合模擬結(jié)果的差異,建立了汽輪機(jī)排汽缸和凝汽器喉部耦合模型并模擬其內(nèi)部流場(chǎng),在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)合理添加導(dǎo)流板來(lái)優(yōu)化排汽通道性能。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,排汽缸擴(kuò)壓器線型的調(diào)整,可有效改善排汽缸的氣動(dòng)性能;小汽機(jī)排汽對(duì)喉部?jī)?nèi)流場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)有著明顯的影響,進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬時(shí)有必要加入小汽機(jī)排汽口;排汽通道耦合模擬時(shí),無(wú)論其進(jìn)口汽流是直流工況還是旋流工況,在排汽通道上游、中游、下游適當(dāng)加裝導(dǎo)流板均能有效改善通道內(nèi)流場(chǎng),但直流工況下的改造效果更加明顯,同時(shí),越靠近上游,汽阻優(yōu)化效果越明顯,而在下游添加擋板則更有利于提高出口流場(chǎng)的均勻度。
[Abstract]:In this paper, FLUENT fluid calculation software is used to simulate the internal flow field of steam turbine exhaust cylinder and condenser throat, respectively. At the same time, considering the difference between separate simulation and exhaust channel coupling simulation, the coupling model of steam turbine exhaust cylinder and condenser throat is established and its internal flow field is simulated. On the basis of this, the performance of exhaust passage is optimized by adding reasonable flow guide plate. The calculation results show that the aerodynamic performance of exhaust cylinder can be improved effectively by adjusting the line of exhaust cylinder diffuser, and the exhaust steam of small steam turbine has obvious influence on the structure of internal flow field in the throat, so it is necessary to add the exhaust steam outlet of small steam engine to the numerical simulation. In the coupling simulation of exhaust channel, no matter whether the inlet steam flow is a DC condition or a swirling flow condition, the flow field in the channel can be effectively improved by properly installing a guide plate in the upstream, middle and lower reaches of the exhaust channel, but the modification effect is more obvious under the DC condition. At the same time, the more close to the upstream, the more obvious the effect of steam resistance optimization, and the downstream adding baffle is more conducive to improve the uniformity of the outlet flow field.
