LNG繞管換熱器計(jì)算方法及其換熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:天然氣是現(xiàn)今世界越來越重要的能源,隨著石油危機(jī)的不斷加深,天然氣作為一種比較清潔且儲(chǔ)量豐富的能源,其發(fā)展不斷加快,各項(xiàng)研究也不斷出現(xiàn)新的成果,F(xiàn)階段主要的研究內(nèi)容有兩方面,一方面是對(duì)低溫?fù)Q熱器的研究,使基礎(chǔ)的工業(yè)能夠始終適應(yīng)技術(shù)層面的發(fā)展要求;另一方面就是LNG冷能利用的研究,LNG的冷量是十分巨大且品位很高的,對(duì)其充分的利用不僅是能源節(jié)約的要求,更是各種產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合的一個(gè)契機(jī)。我國的天然氣研究在各方面都尚處于起步階段,雖然前景十分遠(yuǎn)大,但需要解決的問題還有很多,特別是在基礎(chǔ)研究方面有很大的空缺亟待填補(bǔ)。本文對(duì)低溫LNG換熱器和LNG換熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了研究,主要的內(nèi)容包括:(1)對(duì)繞管式換熱器的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深入了解,其在國內(nèi)和國外應(yīng)用的大概情況也做了相應(yīng)的調(diào)查,并對(duì)整體設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了闡述.(2)提出一種計(jì)算換熱面積的簡捷計(jì)算方法,并與某實(shí)際應(yīng)用實(shí)例進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)論顯示此計(jì)算方法在工程的范圍內(nèi),在適當(dāng)條件下是比較適用的。(3)對(duì)換熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)的基本概念進(jìn)行說明,并羅列出幾種主要的設(shè)計(jì)方法,找出目前相對(duì)比較準(zhǔn)確的方法也就是夾點(diǎn)分析法。(4)對(duì)LNG船舶的冷能利用換熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并比較兩種可能的換熱網(wǎng)絡(luò),最終選出相對(duì)最優(yōu)的結(jié)果,對(duì)夾點(diǎn)溫度和總費(fèi)用之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行討論,得出允許范圍內(nèi)夾點(diǎn)溫度越低,投資越少的結(jié)論。本文所提出的換熱器面積簡介計(jì)算方法和對(duì)換熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)劣分析對(duì)換熱網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化的研究具有一定的促進(jìn)作用和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Natural gas is an increasingly important energy in the world. With the deepening of the oil crisis, natural gas as a relatively clean and rich energy, its development is accelerating, and new research results have been emerging. At this stage, the main research content has two aspects: on the one hand, the research on low temperature heat exchanger, so that the basic industry can always adapt to the technical level of development requirements; On the other hand, the cold energy utilization of LNG is studied. The cooling capacity of LNG is very large and its grade is very high. The full utilization of LNG is not only the requirement of energy saving, but also a chance to combine all kinds of industries. Natural gas research in China is still in its infancy, although the prospect is very broad, but there are still many problems to be solved, especially in basic research there is a great gap to be filled. In this paper, the low temperature LNG heat exchanger and the LNG heat exchanger network are studied. The main contents are as follows: (1) the structure of the tube wound heat exchanger is deeply understood, and the general situation of its application at home and abroad is also investigated. The whole design calculation method is expounded. (2) A simple calculation method for calculating heat transfer area is put forward and compared with a practical application. The conclusion shows that the calculation method is within the scope of engineering. It is more applicable under appropriate conditions. (3) explain the basic concept of heat transfer network and list several main design methods. Find out that the relatively accurate method is pinch analysis. (4) the cold energy of LNG ships is designed and calculated by using heat transfer network, and two possible heat transfer networks are compared, and the relative optimal results are finally selected. The relationship between the pinch temperature and the total cost is discussed, and the conclusion is drawn that the lower the pinch temperature is, the less the investment is. The calculation method of heat exchanger area presented in this paper and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the heat exchanger network are helpful for the study of the design and optimization of the heat exchanger network.
