恒壓變頻技術(shù)在大型低速二沖程柴油機(jī)試車系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:過(guò)去大型低速二沖程柴油機(jī)試車系統(tǒng)燃油、滑油以及冷卻水等的壓力恒定主要通過(guò)泵的增減切換、閥門的開(kāi)度控制來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn),存在操作不方便,可靠性低、能源浪費(fèi)等問(wèn)題。近年來(lái)隨著電力電子技術(shù)及自動(dòng)化控制技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,設(shè)計(jì)一種更方便、更可靠、更節(jié)能的恒壓控制系統(tǒng)成為可能。針對(duì)上面所描述的問(wèn)題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種恒壓變頻控制系統(tǒng),主要由泵、變頻器、軟啟動(dòng)器、PLC、壓力變送器、PID控制器等組成。此系統(tǒng)工作原理是通過(guò)壓力變送器對(duì)實(shí)際壓力的反饋、經(jīng)過(guò)PID控制器的運(yùn)算,通過(guò)PLC控制泵的增減切換及通過(guò)變頻器控制泵的轉(zhuǎn)速變化來(lái)改變系統(tǒng)的流量,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)壓力恒定。本文首先分析了恒壓變頻控制的原理,對(duì)恒壓變頻的幾種方案進(jìn)行了分析和選擇,并基于選擇的方案分析了恒壓變頻的運(yùn)行過(guò)程;接著詳細(xì)介紹了恒壓變頻系統(tǒng)的硬件結(jié)構(gòu);最后對(duì)恒壓變頻系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析和說(shuō)明。本恒壓變頻控制系統(tǒng)是針對(duì)大型低速二沖程柴油機(jī)試車系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的,經(jīng)過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試和運(yùn)行表明本系統(tǒng)控制效果良好,其恒壓控制思想可以推廣運(yùn)用到試車系統(tǒng)溫度、液位恒定的控制中去。
[Abstract]:In the past, the constant pressure of fuel, lubricating oil and cooling water of large low-speed two-stroke diesel engine was mainly realized by changing the pump and opening the valve. There were some problems such as inconvenient operation, low reliability, energy waste and so on. In recent years, with the rapid development of power electronics and automation control technology, it is possible to design a more convenient, more reliable, more energy saving constant voltage control system. Aiming at the problems described above, this paper designs a constant voltage frequency conversion control system, which consists of pump, inverter, soft starter, PLC, pressure transmitter, PID controller and so on. The working principle of the system is to change the flow rate of the system through the feedback of the pressure transmitter to the actual pressure, the operation of the PID controller, the change of the increase or decrease of the pump through the PLC control and the change of the speed of the pump by the frequency converter, so as to realize the constant pressure. This paper first analyzes the principle of constant voltage frequency conversion control, analyzes and selects several schemes of constant voltage frequency conversion, and analyzes the running process of constant voltage frequency conversion based on the selected scheme, and then introduces the hardware structure of constant voltage frequency conversion system in detail. Finally, the software design of constant voltage frequency conversion system is analyzed and explained. The constant pressure frequency conversion control system is designed for the test run system of large low speed two stroke diesel engine. The field debugging and operation show that the control effect of this system is good, and its constant pressure control idea can be popularized to test system temperature.
