雙面蒸發(fā)器環(huán)路熱管的瞬態(tài)特性

【摘要】:環(huán)路熱管是一種高效的兩相熱控裝置,主要應(yīng)用于航天航空熱控和地面高熱流電子器件的散熱,F(xiàn)有的平板式環(huán)路熱管只有一個(gè)面可以進(jìn)行散熱,一方面,不利的背向?qū)崾沟铆h(huán)路熱管在低熱負(fù)荷的條件下啟動(dòng)困難,另外,蒸發(fā)器的另一個(gè)面也存在散熱的潛能。針對(duì)上述不足,提出了平板型甲醇-銅雙面蒸發(fā)器環(huán)路熱管。在重力輔助傾角為10°,熱沉溫度為0℃的條件下,對(duì)單面加熱和雙面加熱的啟動(dòng)性能和變工況運(yùn)行進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該新型環(huán)路熱管在單面加熱和雙面加熱條件下,均可以成功啟動(dòng)和正常運(yùn)行,且雙面工況時(shí)的啟動(dòng)性能比單面更穩(wěn)定、迅速;在加熱面的溫度不超過(guò)(90±2)℃的情況下,單面可以傳遞的最大熱負(fù)荷為210 W,對(duì)應(yīng)熱流為21.8 W·cm~(-2),而雙面?zhèn)鬟f的最大熱負(fù)荷為240 W;雙面交替運(yùn)行時(shí),LHP能夠快速?gòu)囊粋(gè)面轉(zhuǎn)向另一個(gè)面運(yùn)行,沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)運(yùn)行失敗。
