對置活塞二沖程汽油機多點點火燃燒特性研究

【摘要】:由于取消了氣缸蓋,對置活塞二沖程(OP2S)汽油機的火花塞只能布置于氣缸側壁。因此在單火花塞點火時,缸內火焰?zhèn)鞑ゲ粚ΨQ,導致OP2S汽油機具有較明顯的爆震傾向。為了有效地抑制爆震的發(fā)生,利用三維CFD軟件對OP2S直噴汽油機在不同火花塞數(shù)目下缸內的燃燒過程進行了數(shù)值仿真,并結合試驗研究了火花塞數(shù)目對混合氣燃燒特性的影響,分析了不同火花塞數(shù)目對缸內燃燒壓力、燃燒持續(xù)期及燃燒放熱率的影響規(guī)律。研究結果表明,增加火花塞數(shù)量可以有效改善缸內的燃燒情況,而對側布置雙火花塞的布置形式為最佳方案。
[Abstract]:Due to the cancellation of the cylinder head, the spark plugs of the OP2S gasoline engine can only be arranged on the side wall of the cylinder. Therefore, when a single spark plug is ignited, the flame propagation in the cylinder is asymmetric, which leads to the obvious detonation tendency of the OP2S gasoline engine. In order to suppress the occurrence of detonation effectively, the combustion process of OP2S direct injection gasoline engine under different spark plug numbers was numerically simulated by using three dimensional CFD software, and the effect of spark plug number on the combustion characteristics of mixture was studied in combination with experiments. The effects of different spark plug numbers on the combustion pressure, combustion duration and combustion heat release rate were analyzed. The results show that increasing the number of spark plugs can effectively improve the combustion situation in the cylinder, and the best scheme is to arrange the two spark plugs on the opposite side.
