【摘要】：在發(fā)動機檢測中對機油壓力的監(jiān)測是保證發(fā)動機質量的重要一環(huán)。結合發(fā)動機冷測試原理,建立機油壓力和機油溫度關系曲線;提出機油溫度補償算法及發(fā)動機冷測試機油壓力測試工藝參數制定方法,用以確定機油壓力是否正確。引入質量管理中常用的控制圖分析,從而判定機油壓力在測試范圍以內。運用AMESim仿真軟件建立發(fā)動機機油壓力測試模型,正確設置相關的參數,將仿真結果與實驗數據做比較分析,驗證了理論分析和數學模型的準確行,為實際生產提供參考。
[Abstract]:The monitoring of engine oil pressure is an important part to ensure engine quality in engine detection. Based on the principle of engine cold test, the relationship curve between engine oil pressure and oil temperature is established, and the compensation algorithm of engine oil temperature and the method of determining the technical parameters of engine oil pressure test are put forward to determine whether the oil pressure is correct or not. The analysis of control chart is introduced to determine the oil pressure within the test range. The engine oil pressure test model is established by using AMESim simulation software, and the relevant parameters are set up correctly. The simulation results are compared with the experimental data to verify the theoretical analysis and the accurate operation of the mathematical model, which provides a reference for practical production.
