嵌入式生產(chǎn)設(shè)備中的優(yōu)化節(jié)能控制研究與仿真

【摘要】:由于嵌入式設(shè)備與設(shè)備之間的控制過(guò)程很難形成固定順序,導(dǎo)致在設(shè)備控制的過(guò)程中,一旦設(shè)備控制順序不孤單,會(huì)導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)節(jié)能控制方法無(wú)法把握準(zhǔn)確的控制規(guī)律,出現(xiàn)控制偏差,能耗較大。提出改進(jìn)小波包變換的嵌入式節(jié)能控制方法。將系統(tǒng)控制中的優(yōu)化節(jié)能問(wèn)題轉(zhuǎn)換為一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,并且與常規(guī)的控制回路相結(jié)合,以系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)時(shí)期內(nèi)的累積費(fèi)用最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),在滿足常規(guī)控制回路的同時(shí),設(shè)定節(jié)能控制的上下限,求解出最佳優(yōu)化控制節(jié)能函數(shù),完成了系統(tǒng)控制中優(yōu)化節(jié)能。仿真結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)小波包變換算法的嵌入式控制中的優(yōu)化節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)方法有效的避免了能量的損耗,達(dá)到了高效節(jié)能控制的目的。
[Abstract]:Because it is difficult to form a fixed sequence between embedded devices and devices, once the control sequence of equipment is not lonely, the traditional static energy saving control method can not grasp the accurate control law. There is a control deviation, the energy consumption is large. An embedded energy saving control method based on improved wavelet packet transform is proposed. The optimization and energy saving problem in system control is transformed into a dynamic optimization problem, and combined with the conventional control loop, the minimum cumulative cost in a period of the system is taken as the objective function, and the conventional control loop is satisfied at the same time. The upper and lower limits of the energy saving control are set, and the optimal energy saving function of the optimal control is solved, and the optimal energy saving in the system control is completed. Simulation results show that the improved wavelet packet transform algorithm in the embedded control optimization energy-saving design method effectively avoid the loss of energy and achieve the purpose of efficient energy-saving control.
