風(fēng)冷熱泵用新型干式蒸發(fā)器的實驗研究

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)折流板管殼干式蒸發(fā)器存在換熱性能不佳和阻力大的問題,基于非對稱空間傳熱理念,提出一種新型順紊流自支撐型干式蒸發(fā)器,并將其裝配在風(fēng)冷熱泵上進行實驗測試研究。測試結(jié)果表明:風(fēng)冷熱泵的制冷量為52.33k W,制冷性能系數(shù)為2.47,制熱量為63.32 k W,制熱性能系數(shù)為3.0。實驗對比配置傳統(tǒng)折流板管殼干式蒸發(fā)器的同型號風(fēng)冷熱泵,其干式蒸發(fā)器的換熱面積減少33.3%,制冷性能系數(shù)提高6.0%,制熱性能系數(shù)提高15.8%,制冷劑充注量減少7.1%。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of poor heat transfer performance and large resistance in the traditional baffle tube shell dry evaporator, a new type of turbulent self supporting dry evaporator is proposed based on the idea of asymmetric space heat transfer. And it was assembled on the air-cooled heat pump for experimental test. The results show that the cooling capacity of air-cooled heat pump is 52.33 kW, the refrigeration performance coefficient is 2.47, the heating capacity is 63.32 kW, and the heating performance coefficient is 3.0. Compared with the same type of air-cooled heat pump with the traditional baffle tube shell dry evaporator, the heat transfer area of the dry evaporator is reduced by 33.3, the refrigeration performance coefficient is increased by 6.0 and the heating performance coefficient is increased by 15.8. the refrigerant charge is reduced by 7.1 percent.
