SGT5-4000F燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)本體建模與仿真

【摘要】:本文介紹了燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電以及燃?xì)庹羝?lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電的發(fā)展過程,以及其各自的發(fā)電原理和熱力循環(huán)過程,論述了研究燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)發(fā)電以及對(duì)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)本體進(jìn)行建模仿真研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒國內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上,以北京某燃?xì)鉄犭娪邢薰疽M(jìn)的西門子SGT5-4000F型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合本文建模仿真研究的目的和特點(diǎn),對(duì)該燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)進(jìn)行了簡化分析,將燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)分為壓氣機(jī)、燃燒室、和透平三個(gè)主要部分,分別對(duì)其各自的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和工作原理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。采用模塊化建模的思想和機(jī)理建模的方法,結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)建立了燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)中這三個(gè)模塊的仿真模型,進(jìn)而得到燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的仿真模型。采用Borland C++build對(duì)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)中這三個(gè)模塊的仿真模型算法編制了相應(yīng)的仿真程序,利用仿真機(jī)相對(duì)應(yīng)的Algmanager軟件將所編寫的模型算法與相應(yīng)的圖形相連接,并入庫到PAnySimu仿真平臺(tái)上構(gòu)建燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)仿真模型的主要算法庫;谠摲抡嫫脚_(tái),充分利用所建立的燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)仿真算法庫,搭建了燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的仿真模型,并對(duì)所建模型進(jìn)行了擾動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn),研究其相應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性。研究結(jié)果表明所加各擾動(dòng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性符合電站用燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的過程機(jī)理,從而驗(yàn)證了所建模型的正確性與合理性。此外,所建模型可以為燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的特性研究提供工具,同時(shí)其與電站運(yùn)行所需的其他算法相結(jié)合可以搭建成燃?xì)庹羝?lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電過程的仿真平臺(tái),為燃?xì)庹羝?lián)合循環(huán)運(yùn)行人員的訓(xùn)練提供平臺(tái),具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the development process of gas turbine power generation and gas-steam combined cycle power generation, as well as their respective generation principle and thermodynamic cycle process. The practical significance of research on gas turbine power generation and modeling and simulation of gas turbine body is discussed. On the basis of studying and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research achievements, taking Siemens SGT5-4000F gas turbine imported by a gas thermal power co., Ltd in Beijing as the research object, combined with the purpose and characteristics of modeling and simulation research in this paper, The gas turbine is divided into three main parts: compressor, combustor and turbine. Their structure characteristics and working principle are introduced in detail. The simulation model of these three modules in gas turbine is established by using the idea of modular modeling and the method of mechanism modeling, combined with computer simulation technology, and the simulation model of gas turbine is obtained. The corresponding simulation program of the simulation model algorithm of the three modules in the gas turbine is developed by using Borland C build, and the model algorithm is connected with the corresponding graph by using the corresponding Algmanager software of the simulation machine. The main algorithm library of gas turbine simulation model is built on PAnySimu simulation platform. Based on the simulation platform, the simulation model of gas turbine is built by making full use of the gas turbine simulation algorithm library, and the disturbance experiment is carried out to study the corresponding dynamic characteristics of the model. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of each disturbance are in line with the process mechanism of the gas turbine for power station, and the correctness and rationality of the model are verified. In addition, the model can provide a tool for the study of gas turbine characteristics, and it can be combined with other algorithms needed for power station operation to build a simulation platform for gas-steam combined cycle power generation process. It is of great practical value to provide a platform for the training of gas-steam combined cycle operators.
