搖擺條件下圓管內(nèi)過冷沸騰局部空泡時(shí)空分布特性

【摘要】:過冷流動(dòng)沸騰在核能、動(dòng)力、化工等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域廣泛存在,局部空泡分布特性的準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)構(gòu)建兩相流數(shù)理模型及兩相流動(dòng)壓降和傳熱特性計(jì)算均具有重要意義。實(shí)驗(yàn)借助光學(xué)探針測(cè)量手段研究搖擺條件下圓管內(nèi)過冷沸騰局部空泡分布特性,并提出多周期同相位疊加方法獲得搖擺運(yùn)動(dòng)條件下局部瞬時(shí)空泡份額。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:搖擺條件下圓管內(nèi)局部空泡分布呈現(xiàn)周期性波動(dòng)規(guī)律,搖擺條件下圓管軸心區(qū)及近壁區(qū)均會(huì)出現(xiàn)局部空泡份額峰值,且流道近壁區(qū)局部空泡份額波動(dòng)幅度最大;與靜止條件下不同,搖擺運(yùn)動(dòng)周期內(nèi)過冷沸騰局部空泡份額空間分布形態(tài)隨時(shí)間發(fā)生變化;搖擺周期和搖擺角度對(duì)過冷沸騰局部空泡分布特性也存在一定影響。
[Abstract]:Subcooled flow boiling exists widely in nuclear power chemical industry and so on. The accurate prediction of local cavitation distribution is of great significance to the construction of mathematical model of two-phase flow and the calculation of pressure drop and heat transfer characteristics of two-phase flow. The local cavitation distribution of subcooled boiling in a circular tube under rocking condition is studied by means of optical probe measurement. A multi-period in-phase superposition method is proposed to obtain the local instantaneous void fraction under rocking motion. The experimental results show that the local cavitation distribution in the tube fluctuates periodically under the rocking condition, and the peak value of the local cavitation fraction appears in the axial region and near wall region of the tube under the rocking condition, and the fluctuation amplitude of the local cavitation fraction in the near wall region of the channel is the largest. Different from that under static conditions, the spatial distribution of local cavitation fraction of subcooled boiling varies with time during the rocking period, and the local cavitation distribution of subcooled boiling is influenced by rocking period and rocking angle.
