700℃超超臨界鍋爐再熱器集箱選材分析

【摘要】:介紹了700℃超超臨界鍋爐再熱器集箱候選的GH984G、HR6W鐵鎳基合金、617B和740H鎳基合金等新材料性能。對選用HR6W、617B、740H大口徑管制造的不同外徑、不同設(shè)計(jì)溫度的700℃超超臨界鍋爐再熱器集箱進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算,分析了HR6W、617B、740H大口徑管用于700℃超超臨界鍋爐再熱器集箱的適用溫度范圍,提出了700℃超超臨界鍋爐各溫度段再熱器集箱選材建議。
