【摘要】：針對發(fā)動機(jī)裝配過程信息采集與控制問題,在分析了目前裝配制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程管理信息化存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在裝配制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用,提出了一種物聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下的發(fā)動機(jī)裝配過程信息感知交互框架。以該框架為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計了發(fā)動機(jī)裝配過程信息感知交互系統(tǒng),包括感知交互系統(tǒng)軟件架構(gòu)、感知交互系統(tǒng)整體運(yùn)行流程分析。最后,以某發(fā)動機(jī)裝配過程為例,通過對發(fā)動機(jī)裝配過程進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集和裝配過程監(jiān)測與控制,驗證該信息感知交互系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of information collection and control of engine assembly process, this paper analyzes the problems existing in production process management information of assembly manufacturing enterprises at present, and combines the application of Internet of things technology in assembly manufacturing industry. This paper presents an interactive framework of engine assembly process information perception in the Internet of things environment. Based on this framework, the engine assembly process information perception interaction system is designed, including the architecture of the perceptual interaction system software and the analysis of the whole running process of the perceptual interaction system. Finally, taking an engine assembly process as an example, the practicability and effectiveness of the information perception interactive system are verified by collecting data and monitoring and controlling the assembly process.
