【摘要】：根據(jù)邊際效用價(jià)格理論,以能源熱值為媒介,通過建立價(jià)格聯(lián)動(dòng)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究煤層氣與煤炭的價(jià)格聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系。模型創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于考慮環(huán)境因素,將環(huán)境成本記入能源價(jià)值。研究表明:煤層氣和煤炭存在價(jià)格聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系,在模型假設(shè)條件下,煤炭價(jià)格每公斤上漲1元,煤層氣價(jià)格每立方米上漲1.74元;在相同熱值下,煤層氣的價(jià)格高于煤炭價(jià)格,在能源市場上不具備競爭優(yōu)勢。根據(jù)以上研究結(jié)果提出了改進(jìn)建議,對于煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)改變現(xiàn)有成本導(dǎo)向型價(jià)格機(jī)制,形成市場導(dǎo)向型價(jià)格機(jī)制,促進(jìn)煤層氣產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,提高煤層氣資源配置效率有積極影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the marginal utility price theory and taking energy calorific value as the medium, the price linkage relationship between coalbed methane and coal is studied by establishing a price linkage model. The innovation of the model lies in the consideration of the environmental factors and the recording of the environmental cost into the energy value. The study shows that there is a price linkage relationship between coalbed methane and coal. Under the assumption of the model, the price of coal increases by 1 yuan per kilogram, and the price of coal bed methane rises by 1.74 yuan per cubic meter; at the same calorific value, the price of coal bed methane is higher than the price of coal. There is no competitive advantage in the energy market. Based on the above research results, suggestions for improvement are put forward, which have a positive effect on changing the existing cost-oriented price mechanism, forming market-oriented price mechanism, promoting the development of CBM industry and improving the efficiency of CBM resource allocation.
